Ich habe bereits mehrere Produkte auf der offiziellen Homepage von The North Face gekauft und bin bis dato auch zufrieden. Der Sale und Outlet kann sich mit seinen Preisen sehen lassen. Ich habe auch verschiedene Bezahlarten ausprobiert die auch getätigt werden konnten. Bestellungen und Lieferungen über DHL und UPS (XPLR-Pass Expresslieferung) haben bisher sehr gut geklappt. Eine Rücksendung musste ich nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Einen Stern* Abzug gebe ich den Kundensupport der nur spärlich und mit vorgefertigten Antworten eine Nachricht sendet, die auch zu nichts führen. Der Shop ist für mich eine klare Empfehlung. Eine negative Erfahrung habe ich nicht gemacht.

I ordered a vest on Sunday the 29th. It shipped in Monday the 30th. I'm wearing it now on Tuesday the 31st. I recieved precise, accurate information throughout the entire process. And I like the north face thermoball better than all competitors. The sewing and materials are a bit superior as I do own vests from Patagonia and Columbia. North face is my favorite for comfort and looks. It helps if you know you size before hand and don't need to return. That can be a hassle these days and when buying direct I always try to know my size or use the chart. My vest fits perfect and I'm completely happy with the purchase.

Per quanto riguarda il reso, questa forse è l'unica pecca, non è possibile cambiare direttamente il capo con un altro, ma devi prima fare il reso poi ordinare nuovamente, comunque tutto precisato nella politica dei resi.Ho riordinato il piumino, nel mentre ho ricevuto il mio rimborso e devo precisare che la mia esperienza è più che positiva.Attenti a ordinare dal sito ufficiale, diffidate da prezzi molto bassi, perché sé ordinate da un sito fasullo lasciate una recensione negativa che nuoce all' azienda e confonde chi vuole acquistare!!!

I had a very good experience with Northface. I ordered a coat which did not fit, returned it hassle free, was straight forward and northface received it quickly. I reordered in different size and received the new coat in 2 days. I read all these reviews when I was waiting for the return to be processed and the despatch of new coat, I did not hold up much hope but thankfully it all went smoothly and hassle free. This is not a scam company at all, maybe more to do with the delivery companies used? Anyway just wanted to reassure people that orders and returns can happen as expected.
