Good stock and prices, customer services is excellent but there are occasionally problems that are resolved 80% of the time. Given the nature of the products, your not always going to get what you want/expected as crystals vary in quality but they do their best to meet your needs.

A Great web page, easy to navigate and has some lovely products. Purchased a well priced item and unfortunately it wasnt exactly what I wanted in the end so It was refunded.
