Wow what a terrible company. I sent a complaint e-mail which has now been ignored. I went into the store to explain the situation, got another email address for someone named Georgie. Georgie hasn’t replied to any of my emails. Please advise my As I wish to cause you no embarrassment, please advise me of the details of your lawyers in London so that I may serve them with the papers, as mentioned in my emails which have been ignored.

Last 2 weeks the young girl working seems more interested in finishing on time rather then let customers use the beds. Is it time to use my minutes and find somewhere else, very disappointing after being a customer for years.

I bought 100 minutes and have been using it once a week. Today’s session was really unbearable. The room was already so hot before I even went into the bed, so you can imagine by the time the session was over I was dizzy and nearly fainted…I had to drink 3 glasses of water to calm down. I told the woman that it was hot prior to beginning my session and she said it’s the coolest room they currently have. Surely this isn’t proper health and safety practise? Very reluctant to use it again so might request a refund. Please tell me how. Not even an apology from the lady after I told her I nearly fainted. She should be trained on when it is safe for a customer to go inside, it shouldn’t be accessible until the room has cooled down. Very disappointed.

I HAVE BEEN BADLY BURNT ON THIS COMPANYS SUNBED…. however my main upset has been with their customer care, or should I say “lack of”. They demanded a doctors letter as proof that I was indeed burnt by their sunbed, which I duly got and the doctor , a doctor who is highly qualified in dermatology, said yes this was due to the sun bed…. The letter cost me £30. I would have made no fuss if they had reimbursed me for the letter and a dermatologist appointment to try and help with the scars , which are still here over a month later, but their emails were rude, dismissive, they have totally denied responsibility, even though the doctor confirmed it and they refuse to refund me for the letter or help me with trying to rectify the scarring. They could have gracefully paid me for the letter they demanded and paid for a dermatologist to see me but they have done neither .DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO POTENTIALLY BE SCARRED AND out of pocket. So sad as their staff are so lovely.

Terrible customer service, especially in Hammersmith and Earl's court: missing package minutes, dirty room, unhelpful receptionists, over hot facilities (they will not turn the ventilation no matter the weather). Avoid at any cost. PS I've contacted the tanning shop through their website form this morning. Let's see how long until I hear back

Unfortunately, if I could give less then 1 star, I definitely would as per my horrific several experiences caused by one of your employees in that particular shop (India). I use Tanning Shops for over 10 years, tanned in at least 5 different ones/ numerous locations (Hammersmith, Putney, Oxford Circus, Clapham Common, Basingstoke etc.). I have never placed a single complaint for any of your shops and used your services for years as a loyal and happy customer. But today, this time, I feel obligated to do so as I found your employee mentioned by the name above racist, rude, moody, ignorant, extremely unpleasant to talk to, lazy... you name it... I could write a book what I went through with her... She should never work with people or around people, as does not have any manners or people skills and is not the type of person who should work in any sort of hospitality business. Unfortunately, I had "a pleasure" to be served by her several times and my tanning experience was just getting worse and worse. I placed a verbal gentle suggestion/complaint few weeks ago to the holding/leaving Store Manager and nothing happened. Actually it became even worse and yesterday evening between 6.35pm and 7pm, your employee India crossed all the lines with me, threatening me, shouting at me and being totally disrespectful. Therefore, I would like someone in charge to contact me directly as soon as is possible please, as I would like to take my "tanning business" somewhere else please. Thank you in advance. Regards, JG

Sun beds are very dirty as well floors. Girls not even clean between users, they only taking paper towel from sun beds floor to bin. Instead of keeping clean area they sitting all the time on theirs phones

So rude ! Rang Sutton branch to book in and I had said I was a usual customer at south Croydon was given an appointment and told to arrive at 6.20. I arrived at 6.23 and the lady on reception didn’t even make eye contact , seemed very angry and annoyed with me and said I had No appointment booked in . Really rude ! Won’t return again as the service was shocking

This review is for the Oxford circus branch. I went to use Sun Angel yesterday during my lunch break. I am completely new to this type of tanning and explained this to the receptionist after waiting for 10 mins to get her attention. She was typing something in her computer, completely disinterested in the two waiting customers. Eventually I was showed room and had somewhat like 10 seconds induction. After I followed the instructions and waiting for another 10 mins for the sunbed to power on, I got dressed and walked to the reception to ask for assistance. It turned out the main switch , which is on the wall outside the room, was off! The girl just shrug it off absolutely undisturbed by my comment I wasted 20 mins before the session, and walked out. I used the Sun Angel for exactly 20 mins and I might as well have stayed in the office , the result was exactly the same- Zero!! Planning to try Paddington branch but don't have my hopes high. It's sad that lots of investments in machine seem like waste of space when the staff can't be bothered to serve the customers. Perhaps they rely on the name to work alone and it might as well bring costumers in, but having them return is questionable!
