The reading glasses arm broke off, I contacted customer service and within 24hrs I got an email that a replacement will be shipped and will get it within 5-7 days. What an amazing experience since I depend on the reading glasses 110% Much appreciate and keep doing the work you do. Thank you

Excelent idea, love your readers in the pod. However, there is one big issue, your readers get scratched from taking them out of the pod. My assumption is, that they are made of too soft material. This needs to be improved.

My ThinOptics glasses that I keep in the case on the back of my phone snapped on the nose piece when I was taking them out. I sent them a copy of my receipt and pictures of the glasses on Friday and on Monday I had an email indicating that they had sent me replacement glasses at no cost. This is the kind of customer service that every company should strive for. This is an A++. Thank you ThinOptics for the fantastic product and customer support that you provide
