Ticketmaster UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased tickets and they were emailed to Ticketmaster account. No printing tickets. Showed tickets on phone to get access. Very easy to use. Great night.

My case was extremely confusing, Jocelyn remained extremely patient with me and understanding and sorted out my problem extremely quickly! She made a very stressful situation easier!

Buying and receiving the tickets went smoothly. Was emailed info. No problem at all. The only problem we faced was the rudeness of the dog handler and security, searching my daughter because of the way she looks. Fair enough you have a job to do but you don't have to speak to her with an attitude telling her repeatedly "if you have anything on you give it us now" you upset a girl who has never even smoked a cigarette. She was so embarrassed and it is was totally unacceptable. Ruined her experience. Other than that, the show was great and most people were friendly and helpful. No cash but did tell you that it was a card only venue in the email.
