Perfect customer service! I had a very very small issue with my watch and the customer service was fantastic. I'm really happy with the product ... best watch I have ever used (the most comfortable, clear and indiglo light is so useful) and I have bought many other watches in the past. Will always use Timex from now on!

I needed a new watch and really wanted field watch with a NATO strap. With watches you can pretty much spend what you want on them. I didn't want to sink a fortune in a watch and I started shopping locally for something that would work. The people at JC Penny's didn't even know what a field watch was, let alone a NATO strap. On a whim I stopped at my local Walmart to pick up a couple things and found their watch display. Long story short, Timex had the perfect analog field watch with date and indiglo. The strap wasn't NATO, but I had one at home that actually matched the Expedition watch quite well. Great watch. In two months it has only lost a few seconds of time. Great value.

I bought a Timex watch from an online retailer, which developed a fault - the retailer advised me to contact Timex under the manufacturer warranty. I contacted Timex UK customer service team, who arranged a returns label (free of charge) and provided instructions for the return. Timex were unable to repair the watch, but they offered me the opportunity to choose a replacement (and up to a value which exceeded what I had originally paid for my watch) - I ended up with a superior watch. I found the Timex customer service team to be extremely helpful and courteous, and they provided regular updates on my enquiry - I am very happy with the service provided by Timex.

Ich kann die vielen schlechten Erfahrungen absolut nicht bestätigen, ich hatte aber auch keinen Servicefall. Ich habe eine Peanuts-Uhr auf timex.eu bestellt und die Uhr kam innerhalb von zwei Tagen an. Sie wurde aus den Niederlanden zu mir nach Deutschland geliefert, so dass keine Zölle oder Steuern angefallen sind. Die Uhr mit Snoopy ist knuffig wie abgebildet und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Achtung: viele Bewertungen hier beziehen sich auf Websites, die keine offiziellen Timex-Seiten sind, sondern nur den Namen in der URL haben. Bitte vor dem Kauf genau prüfen, ob es sich bei der Website um das Original handelt.

Montre Timex commandée sur le site internet timex.eu, le 31/10/2023 au matin depuis la France, expédiée depuis Amsterdam le 01/11/2023 via DHL Express, et reçue le 03/11/2023 midi. Tout s'est très bien passé : la montre commandée est conforme à l'annonce et elle était bien emballée. Je suis très satisfaite. Le point qui serait peut-être à améliorer selon moi, serait la réception des messages mail de Timex arrivés un jour après l'évènement (annonce d'envoi du colis, de colis livré...). Heureusement, le site DHL nous informe par mail de la prise en charge du colis bien avant, et nous permet de suivre les étapes de la livraison, en langue anglaise.
