i got the womens night run snow suit, i ordered on 1/5/23 and it was delivered 1/12/23, the snow suit is so cute and exactly how it was described, i would definitely buy from here again
I bought one of the snow suits. I was a little nervous paying over $200, but it’s pretty good quality! I got a size medium (I’m 5.8 and 145lbs) and fit true to the size chart. I read previous comments about bad shipping, but I received my purchase in 5 days! It seems all the bad reviews are procrastinators during holiday season 😬. I’m very happy with what I got.
Had an issue with an order but it was handled above and beyond what I expected! I’m leaving at four stars right now because that was my only experience ordering from them but will update next time I order. Thank you tipsy elves for going the extra mile handling the unfortunate mishap hassle free.

Once the verbiage is updated to reflect that, I will update my review again. To comment on the product - I will say the T-shirts are very comfortable and size fits as stated. Like many of the other reviews, I spent over $100 on items for an event and they should've been delivered yesterday - they are still over 1000 miles away waiting to be received. I contacted customer service and communicated with Taylor and all they did was refund my shipping fee. They proceeded to tell me I could return the items minus the shipping fee back. It's going to end up costing me money for nothing. I will never order anything off them ever and I'll be sure to post and report them to all consumer agencies. Such a disappointment.
I ordered a sweater that was “guaranteed” to deliver by a certain date and the package still says it is awaiting to be received by USPS. I understand they can’t control what happens with carriers, but why guarantee a date if you can’t uphold it? It seems to be a recurring problem judging by these reviews. Purchased too sweaters … which are not CHEAP , with guaranteed delivery by 12/08 . Well today is 12/08 and it’s still in California. I have a Christmas party in two days and I now have to go purchase sweaters again. It’s freaking Christmas time ! Who has that kind of money? Why GUARANTEE something that you didn’t even try to deliver? It’s literally taking advantage of people. Update: The sweaters arrived late but they are great quality.
