Have never been disappointed with my purchases. The jewellery is extremely well priced and way below high street prices. Any problems are always resolved satisfactorily.

Usual great service from presenters and the rest of the staff.Then I had a severe personal problem and needed help from customer services.Finally I can say that they really lived up to their name and were absolutely fantastic in the help they offered and the way it was offered.Special mention to supervisor RANJIT who was superb and listened to what was said and did what he promised.

I'm loving the free postage club. I find I buy more when I don't have to pay individual postage. Highly recommend!

Very helpful customer service this time . Your postage is very high which has put me off ordering more goods but the lady who processed my order helped me with this.

The ring was delicate, but lovely, made even better as I got it in the sale. Didn't have to wait long for delivery, overall a very good experience.

Always accurately described, no hidden information, amazing quality jewellery, good to know children are being fed for every item purchased, problems resolved quickly, friendly customer service. Posts quickly. Only tiny 'hitch' is when making big purchases, parcels are split into more than one, so ensure you check every item as it arrives in case any are lost in the post. Ethically sourced and made, too!
