TOMS – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I love Toms!! So comfortable and cute. They’re the perfect work shoe! Had an issue with an order which was resolved super quickly by Toms Support on Twitter 🥰 Will definitely be buying again!

I live near the flagship store and not only do I love the philosophy that they project into the Venice neighborhood...(the idea of giving back), but their staff and energy at the Abbot Kinney store is a true reflection of people who care... I was walking past post the pandemic and they were not quite yet open and I went up hoping to order and buy a coffee as I used to be a regular there and they made a decision on the spot that even though they weren't open they would just make me a coffee... They were just there with stuff prepping for their reopening and they totally didn't have to take the time to do that but it was so sweet and thoughtful and unexpected and I think these are the things that reflect a company that cares about passing goodness on.

****After posting this review TOMS contacted me and I got my shoes!!!**** Horrible customer service, rude and sarcastic. I ordered a pair of shoes and tried to enter my new address, well needless to say the address did not save . I did not realize it until I hit submit payment and saw it defaulted to my old address. I immediately called customer service and I was told sorry there’s nothing they could do and basically I’m out of luck. How can they not change a shipping address?

Toms refunded my return after a month although I did have to chase.

I got an email saying my shoes were delivered. They were not. After a lot of runaround with UPS/USPS/my apt. complex, I called Toms. The rep who answered was Afia. She was AMAZING! She was polite, understanding and helpful (I was quite manic as the shoes were a Christmas present for my daughter.) Afia checked my order, updated all my information, sent me out a replacement pair, expedited the shipment, and gave me directions on what to do if they didn't arrive on the expected day. She was friendly and kind. Every company should have customer reps who are as wonderful as her.

My sister used to wear her TOMS every day. She always swore they were so comfortable, but I hated how they looked and made fun of her every chance I got. When our family lost her a few months ago I took all of her shoes. I have now purchased 3 pairs of my own TOMS because they really are comfortable. Thanks for being my sister's favorite company. It feels like she is still here with me when I wear your shoes.

I now have bought shoes from TOMS four times and can’t wait to get more. Each pair of shoes are just lovely and well made. I have found them to all fit true to size. Shipping was fast and easy and shoes arrive neatly packed. Customer service is excellent. I keep referring friends and family to get TOMS now since I love them so much. Thanks for making such amazing shoes while being globally and community minded.

Update 2: Frankie called me and made everything right. I truly believe this is a good company with good people! Thanks TOMS! Update: I need someone to call me. My experience with TOMS has been nothing but disappointment. I am now on my third order because the first order I received wasn't the shoes I ordered. The second replacement order I made was somehow lost. Still unknown as to where that is. And then I was forced to wait 7 days past the delivery date just to "see if it would come." But when I went to track it there was no new delivery date, so obviously no one knew where it was. So then I made the third order which I am still waiting on. I also requested to speak with a supervisor because this process has been wildly unprofessional. And when I missed the call and requested him to call me back he said he would call me back that same day and guess what, he didn't. My original order date was September 30th and it is now October 21st and I still do not have the shoes I ordered. All I want is for someone in higher management to have the decency to talk to me and figure out how to make this better.

Best Shos Ever!!! Toms are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I can't go anywhere without wearing them. The classics especially are really easy to travel with and I can wear them for a long period of time,

I do not normally write many online reviews however after seeing some of the other reviews that have been left lately, I felt I needed to in this case. I ordered a pair of shoes online from TOMS two weeks before Christmas that were to be a present. The order was packed and shipped the next day. Unfortunately, there was a mess up with Australia Post and the shoes were returned to sender (TOMS) before they got to me. Given that Christmas was now only a week away I gave TOMS a call and spoke with Dianna to explain the situation. Dianna was so apologetic on the whole situation and explained they had been having several issues with Australia Post recently. She then helped me come to an alternative solution and advised that the quickest and most guaranteed way that I would get another pair of the shoes before Christmas would be to visit a physical store. Given I am based in Brisbane and there are no TOMS stores up here, I organised for my sister (who lives in Melbourne) to pick up a pair. Dianna got straight on to the store in Melbourne and asked for a pair of the shoes be put aside for me. Once the original pair of shoes arrived back to TOMS head office I received a refund straight away and had the second pair wrapped and ready to go Christmas day. Now following Christmas, the service from Dianna has not stopped there. I received a follow up call from her today ensuring I had received the refund from the original pair and checked in to see everything was sorted. I am unsure why or how other people here seem to have had a completely different experience to me, however I could not recommend buying and dealing with TOMS customer service more!! I will definitely be a returning customer.
