What is Total Wireless Cash Back?

Though Total Wireless already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with Total Wireless cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at Total Wireless to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some Total Wireless cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.

How does Total Wireless Cashback Works?

Total Wireless cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and Total Wireless. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main Total Wireless website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more Total Wireless cashback deals? We'll explain some Total Wireless rebate deals and offers next.

On top of cashback, you're also eligible for some Total Wireless cashback bonus offers. This can come from purchasing with Total Wireless cashback credit cards, which offer cashback when using them to make purchases. There are rebate Total Wireless offers that you can redeem to receive extra cash and extra promos and bonuses as well.

To put it in the simplest way, by using a third-party site for Total Wireless shopping, you collect a percentage of your cash back. We got the best Total Wireless cashback sites coming up next.

How to get Cashback from Total Wireless?

Just like the Total Wireless promise, it's easy! We've broken the process down into four simple steps:

  1. Choose a cashback site and sign up for free
  2. Look for the Total Wireless portal and start shopping
  3. Check out
  4. Sit back and relax while your cash comes to you

How to use Total Wireless Cashback?

Using the cashback Total Wireless rewarded to you is also very easy. There is one thing, though – it needs time to be processed and cashed out. First of all, it's good to check that your preferred method of withdrawal is offered at the cashback site you choose. All those that we provided offer all major payment methods.

After this is done, your purchase will need to be approved by Total Wireless, which can take between 10 and 30 days. After approval, the cash is transferred to the cashback site you used and then sent to you within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, it is required to have a minimum amount before you can withdraw your earnings.

With so many ways to earn extra cash and bonuses just from shopping at your favorite stores, shopping gets much more attractive. Have fun shopping around and enjoy the rebates flooding back to your account!

Total Wireless Cash Back Calculator

The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

I upgraded my data to high speed data…

I upgraded my data to high speed data and Total Wireless failed to upgrade it. At 611, she requested I reset my network connection and then I lost all my WiFi passwords, I contacted 611 four times. I had to go through the automated voice and request a representative three times each time. Each time they texted me a verification code and each time I had to start from the beginning. The third call, was the most helpful with my being told that even though I had added high speed data, Total Wireless had failed to refresh my connection, but the call dropped while I was waiting for them to refresh them. The final time, after repeating for the fourth time to a different support representative that the phone was buffering and pictures were not visible, just blank colored boxes, I was told I had to purchase more minutes. When I asked when my plan expired, she was unable to tell me. I had been told in a previous call that my account was in order. The fourth representative would not give me her name. I was just given the runaround. If you purchase the unlimited plan, you should be okay. If you purchase the $35 plan, you will run out of high speed data before your plan ends and will have to pay $10 to upgrade it. If it fails to work, support are not trained to assist you and each time you call, you will have to start over. My son recommended Mint Mobile.

Worst phone company in the world if a cat or dog needed a phone I wouldn't suggest this phone company they are the absolute worst period

I had no specific problem with the…

I had no specific problem with the Samsung phone, but my experience with Total Wireless customer service was poor, at bestI purchased their service/phone in Best Buy. I purchased it as a business phone for clients and vendors to contact me, separate from my personal phone. That was my first mistakeThe phone # assigned to the phone was still in someone else's name. A vendor was attempting to contact me said they were contacting a different party. I contacted TW and I was assured that they would remove the prior user of the phone number from their (?) records. The vendor tried again to contact me two daysl later, at my request, but was still getting someone else.Contacted TW again and they assured me it was all resolved, checked their "records" and re-asdured me that it was resolvedHardly.Still had a problem being (not) contacted on the new phone. Again contacted TW and I asked them to change the phone number. As we were speaking about this, I asked if I could choose a number. I was told, too late, it was already changed. What? No questions asked, no discussion, just changed the number without a dialogue.I decided to return the phone to BB. However, something I was ignorant of, I couldn't return the phone after 14 days had elapsed. This was news to me, having never returned a phone in the past.Called TW once again to find out what recourse I had. I was told flat-out, since I didn't purchase the phone directly from TW, they couldn't help me. What? Asked to speak with a manager, the person said he is the manager. Nothing he could, I was stuck with it. He suggested that I just stop buying minutes with TW. Sure, I said, but I'm stuck with a phone I cannot use or return.Sorry, not his problem, since "I didn't buy it directly from TW"Sad, poor customer service by Total WirelessI would strongly recommend NOT to purchase Total Wireless phones or service. If you have an issue/problem, you're on your own. Can't speak to whether TW would have tried to help IF I purchased the phone directly from them. But, if my experience was an indication of their service, I would say, "Buyer Beware!"

Been with them for a couple years.a at…

Been with them for a couple years at the time setup was easy went to a store and took 45 mins. Attempted to port my brothers Verizon phone last week. Over 20 hours with customer service calls with the constant run around and same troubleshooting steps everytime. The phone can receive calls, send and receive sms and data works but he can't call out. Gets a message saying all numbers have calling restrictions. Customer service has been useless and he even drove an hour to the only remaining total wireless store in our area. The rep told him that total wireless completely locked the store employees out of the systems to prevent them from helping customers. The guy at the store went above and beyond and even ripped into total wireless tech support and demanded a refund on our behalf that they said they would do but I'm sure they won't and he advised us to file a credit dispute against them. I'll now be cancelling my line and switching both of us to another provider. The Verizon take over has made things even worse with this company and they won't help on their end even though they own total wireless and the phone reps tell me they are reaching out to Verizon for help. They will just tell you to wait 24-72 hours everytime you call saying they are investigating it but it's up to you to constantly call back if the service continues to fail and every rep will put you through the same process. They give you a support ticket number that they just automatically close out without resolving the issue and reopen the same ticket when you call back. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists with an call center in India. Good luck understanding half the people they employ.

Waste of time - Bad service

Waste of time. Customer service kept taking me around in circles. Made me buy another service card just so I could port my number over to a different carrier which didn't work. Ended up getting so upset with this company I pulled my whole family off their network.

Absolutely do not trust this service

Absolutely do not trust this service. My plan is set to restart on the 4th of every month but its currently 11/29 of this year and i have no cellular network, no data. I even went and re-purchased my plan and an extra data pqckage and nothing has happened. This is a company of thieves and scum. They just want to steal your money. Oh and another thing, I tried to call customer service but I couldn't because I didn't have "network access" I paid for network access and data, AND a new plan, and there has still been no change. They owe me $100 in lost wages (I work in the delivery field) and money spent on a new plan that also hasn't made a difference in my lack of cellular service. I'm honestly thinkning about taking this whole matter to court. They are rediculously inadequate. Don't waste your time or money. ITS A SCAM!!

I had a locked AT&T iPhone which AT&T refused to unlock for me.Total Wireless in 7th Avenue, Brooklyn 11215 unlocked the phone for me in a few minutes and charged a small fee. Great service!

Rare to find competent and helpful service like that

While the customer portal isn't very mobile friendly (the UI urgently needs a redesign), their customer support is outstanding. In fact, it's rare to find such competent and helpful people with phone service providers. I needed their help twice and each time my issue was resolved within minutes.
