Trip was not as expected, no choice of itinerary, bus broke down with no plan to get us back to Toronto. Customer services have failed to respond to my emails.

A madness badly managed 2000 km bus for one hour per city'! Guide kapot!This is not my first bad experience with tour4 fun and unprepared guides. I booked again because during the time I was in Canada only this company was running a tour similar to what I wanted. Worst tour of my life hours and hours on the bus with directions on toilets and - impositions - to use them in when the program could not allow stops. Requested in advance in cash payment for each lunch and dinner of the tour : about 300 US also included tips for Waking up at550 and no breakfast due to lack of time. The guide was a very strict Chinese only rules, during the trip he could have told a lot about Canadian history and many anecdotes. a good guide does this ! Only information on return times to pulsammo , rarely more than an hour even for Montreal downtown, including breakfast visit to Notre -Dame church and toilet stop ! With an hour at St. Joseph's oratory , a ridiculous ride at 8 a.m. on the Ferris wheel when the vibrancy of the city was still off, an hour in downtown and one at the Montreal Biosphere ( the latter, moreover, with no special attractions ) and a ride to St. Joseph's Oratory can we say we had a Montreal experi No and what about the guide who told us ? He had 50 people on the bus, mostly Asian, it would also have been a nice multicultural exchange but he created a dictatorial regime not vacation !And inappropriately the whole group joked about it but with resentment ! There were no children! Another example : Otttawa , how do you think 1 museum can be seen in an hour? Always toilets included? Why schedule 2 of them? Maybe you schedule one : that of Canadian history, the lesser known one and you leave an hour and a half of real time to walk around Downtown with the guide with us who tells us a little history of the city or monuments . I bring back from the trip a few photos of the cities visited taken on the fly but nothing really . The stop in Kingston absolutely useless! I will have to return to the cities on this tour to see them! I paid for the tour registration 500 US Dollars for the tour : 300 for some meals as soon as I got on the bus , breakfasts not included . Considering water one lunch and other items not included I spent in total A figure of about 1000 US Dollars for 3 days with despotic, rude guide lacking humanistic and western culture probably having studied in China. She lacks perhaps because of this having the necessary politeness in this job that requires authority, but courtesy is needed . A tour is a vacation she came across as by culture dictator dictating rules! Do you have a problem? More than one person had to pay for the cab and solve does if an oversight . Of course strict times : this means the tour so it does not work and 'crazy! Spend your money well!

Guide left 5 minutes earlier and didn´t answer his phone, so we had to spend 300 USD for hotel and had to stay overnight 200 miles away from Vegas. After more than 12 months, the company is still refusing to refund or compensate us. Do not book with them.

Per un tour di mezza giornata o una giornata si puo' fare, per tour di piu' giornate il costo degli hotel non e' adeguato alla stagione in cui si viaggia: resta fisso sia in alta che in bassa stagione ( alto comunque). Se non avete voglia di guidare a lungo negli states puo' essere una soluzione ricordando tuttavia che viaggerete in minivan molto spartani senza tendine parasole, senza la possibilita' di appoggiare nel deposito sopra la borsa . A queste condizioni i tour apparentemente low cost non lo sono affatto. Se poi viaggiate in solitaria il costo dell'albergo sara' importante. La mancia -obbligatoria- per driver e guida indicata sul voucher ( 10% del costo totale) porta a raddoppiare nella migliore delle ipotesi il prezzo indicato inizialmente, pasti esclusi. Spesso la tours4fun affida a comagnie secondarie il vostro acqisto

Took a tour with you guys once. Never again. Worst experience in my whole entire life. Nearly had an anxiety attack. Your customer service did nothing but hang up the phone and your tour guides were nothing but trash. I will be letting everyone know how awful your tours are. Thank you for nothing and we will never be booking with you again.
