I ordered one item and paid, then wanted to add a second item within a couple of hours, but of course, penny pinching I didn't want to pay for delivery again!! Sam and his team were fab in waving the extra fee and sent me a direct link to order and pay for the second item... all within a day or 2 of my initial purchase... Items on the way!! I contacted customer services as my Tower microwave stopped working. It was just out of warranty but the lady who was dealing with my complaint dealt with it very quickly. I received my new microwave yesterday. I’m so pleased with customer services and the lovely lady called Liberty. Thanks so much.

I contacted Tower after the brush head of my hoover connection point broke and I tried to search for the part online to no avail. An Asda representative also guided me here as they could not source the part I needed. I spoke with Arjan who was more than helpful and advised me every step of the way. He sourced the part for me and it is now being sent out! I’m so happy because even though I just bought my hoover, I love it, it’s so easy to use very lightweight, I’d be lost without it! Thank you Arjan you are a credit to Tower. They should be very proud to have you!

Bought the Tower Vizion and one of the rubbers off the tray was broken. Contacted Tower and discussed this via email with Kelly. She was extremely helpful and arranged for spares to be sent out The air fryer is amazing as well as the customer service .

I bought my tower pressure cooker over 4 years ago. I accidentally dropped the lid and one of the screws broke. I searched for the part everywhere online and as I didn’t have insurance on the cooker I wasn’t sure if tower could help. When I contacted them Arjan replied and sent me the parts free of charge. I was over the moon. So grateful for Arjans support and communication and most importantly Thank you to Tower who have maintained my trust and loyalty to them!!
