TransPennine Express – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This isn't about the trian company themselves but rather about one of their employees. Marie the conductor who was on the 14.48 train from Leeds to Manchester 12/04/2023. I just want to say how lovely she was and how although alot of us had been delayed elsewhere or our trains had been cancelled she brought a little bit of joy to our travel time. She was helpful in giving information about alternative connecting trains and she was very caring towards a passenger whom had been through a particularly hard day. She is a credit to Trans Pennine Express services and should be recognised as such for making everyone's day just that little bit better.

Brilliant service from Manchester Victoria to Newcastle on a return ticket. Train was on time both ways and exceptional service on 1st Class returning back to Victoria Station.

Fiyaz works in the Manchester to scotland transpennie express. He was so very kind unlike any other staff

Customer service was so nice especially a staff named fiyaz he gave us gifts. Please give a pay raise unlike may other staff who doesnt care he does. Execpt from that everyone was fine and normal

Recently used Manchester to Thornaby service and return, either side of 1st February strike day. Service arrived on time both ways and on return enjoyed free film service provided by on board wifi. Trains clean and train managers friendly. Service exceeded expectation when I left one of my bags on the train. The station manager at Thornaby could not have been more helpful, resulting in the return of my case just over an hour later via a returning train from Saltburn. This is the second time that the station manager has been brilliant, on an earlier trip he arranged a bus replacement to Manchester Piccadilly when the train had been cancelled, which arrived in Manchester on time. TPE receive a fair bit of criticism, perhaps correctly directed at the most senior manager establishing corporate strategy. The workforce though that work the service and support passengers at various stations, based on my experience are exceptional. Well Done TPE and an enormous thank you to the station manager in Thornaby on the 31st January .
