I loved that I got my first one as a gift. It’s beautifully packaged like Apple packages their products. It easy to install and schedule. I thought it was such a lovely gift It works perfectly and smells great. HOWEVER, I ordered a 2nd one. It has a little broken part. I searched for an hour to find a phone number, email address or a chat capability. Nothing. I feel extremely frustrated by this. Such a beautiful product with no customer service. Then I saw the reviews. I’m not alone. I still love the product. Amazon has it. I trust them.

I plaCed an order on April 10 for a device and multiple scents. It is now 20 days later and I haven't heard from the company and I haven't received any product. What an awful company to do business with.

Customer service is terrible. You can only talk through a chat, and they have their responses already written. They cannot help at all. Do not expect anything from them.

Same as numerous other reviews here which i wish i read before investing in 5 units. It is near impossible to get refills... this is my third order and worst experience yet. My previous 2 orders took over a month to arrive. This time it has been six weeks and the order has still not shipped. Online support stated 2 items were out of stock and should be back in stock within 3-4 weeks. IF that is accurate, I will have waited 3 months for delivery. Absurd. I asked to cancel the out of stock items and ship what was in stock- they refused. They wouldn't work with me to resolve the issue, wouldn't cancel my order, wouldn't provide timing of shipment, wouldn't return my money.

I've been ordering from and using Pura smart devices (i have 3) and fragrance for a little over a year. The Pura smart devices have held up with no wear, no malfunction and are still working beautifully. The fragrances can be hit or miss. Some seem to lose their scent despite having half the bottle left which is such a waste (of both plastic and money), others last well into the "empty" phase. Pura always has a coupon deal going on and new scents so my house smells really good all the time for not a horrible amount of money. I love that i can just set up a schedule on my phone and forget about it and the scents will just fill the room. All in all definitely worth having and the company is responsive to feedback when theres any issues.
