We came back from a cruise and Merton was our driver. He found us quickly and we had a pleasant trip home!

La experiencia con el conductor fue mala por k fue muy prepotente conmigo al indicar la cantidad de pasajeros a lo k le dije k no se excedía pero el me dijo k no podían ir enfrente del auto con el y me dijo k cancelara el viaje y le dije k el inconveniente era de el, entonces k lo cancelara el.y se arrancó velozmente.Lo bueno fue k al aclararlo en la plataforma me atendieron rápido y me borraron el gasto de cancelación. Para mí es una muy buena plataforma con buen servicio

Booked a ride for an airport drop from the Hotel in Athens, Greece. The moment the cab was booked, a driver was assigned and their whereabouts could be tracked via the app. needless to say the cab was on time as scheduled, the driver was very polite and professional, adhering to all the safety measures in place, wearing a facemask, and having a protective screen between the driver and the passengers. He advised the time of arrival at the airport, and sure enough we were dropped on time as scheduled. Thank you.

Som förare som kör för Uber vill jag börja med att beklaga de dåliga erfarenheter vissa av er haft. Som förare kan jag givetvis inte recensera Som kund, däremot kan jag berätta om förutsättningarna Som vi förare har och hur jag upplevt dessa. Jag har ingenting att klaga på, man kan chatta med dem, maila dem och man är alltid välkommen till deras kontor för att ställa frågor, få hjälp eller bara prata av sig. Givetvis är det inte samma som att ha en chef på en arbetsplats, men bara det att jag fått all hjälp jag önskar när jag behövt det, varit orolig, stressad, rädd. Det är jag tacksam för!
