Vendi – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Didn't start very well at start it got sorted out in the end

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was slightly surprised by how easy it was to sell my phone to Vendi. Sent on Friday and money was in my account by end of day Monday. Got exactly what I was quoted too. Would certainly use Vendi again

I like vendi and have sold many devices. They are good with communication. I have however been asked to send proof or invoice which is fine this has happened before. Now I received and email asking for it in PDF which is fine but this I now delaying my sale a bit. I’ve sent it but not sure if it has been received as previously I have sent emails and they have not received them. If payment had been made today I would have given 5 stars but I just feel a bit of faffing around on this one. Overall a great company though.

Quick and painless. We encountered a few issues in the process (no one’s fault, just some information that needed clarifying) but everything was dealt with straight away and with a minimum of fuss. And let’s not ignore that the price was the best available! I would recommend Vendi to anyone wanting to sell their mobile device.
