They were easy to contact by phone. An engineer was sent out quickly to check if there was a problem. They service the system in your home on a regular basis. The whole system is very well thought out and is adapted to suit many different lifestyles.

All of our smart keys were not working. I called the service centre and they checked and advised the batteries looked to need renewing. She set them in the post and advised me to call if I had any problems when they arrived. Since I have been notified they are on their way but have not arrived yet.

We wanted a really good alarm system, but did not have much spare time to compare different systems and costs. We invited three major security companies to consider our requirement, including Verisure. From the get-go Verisure were really supportive. Florin came to see us the same day we made our enquiry. He did a security review of our property, listened sympathetically to our security needs and provided a no-nonsense quotation for a superb up-to-date solution which meets all of our requirements. We then agreed to talk a few days later once we had time to consider the system and the cost. We decided to go with the Verisure system and Florin came to install it within 24 hours after that. He worked efficiently and courteously on the installation, explaining everything as he did it and then gave us full training in its use (it is really straightforward to use). He even took all of the packaging and waste items away with him after the install. It was such a painless experience. As for the other two companies we approached, one could not be bothered to send somebody out to meet with us and the other took almost a week to come back with a quote. So we are happy that we chose the right system at the right price - we are now satisfied and protected Verisure customers. Thank you.
