What a great and special gift! So easy to compile and was an excellent gift for my dad‘s 80th birthday. I love this gift and I’ll let it means and it is super Duper easy. The only thing I would change is, I prefer to speak to someone on the phone versus only being available to reach someone to via chat. That being said, however, someone was always available to answer my chat and try to help me. Love this and love this experience thanks so much

I wasn't sure how to pull together a surprise birthday video but Vidday made the whole process very easy. There was lots of information provided on the website to guide you through the process, lots of tips, useful media to add etc. I also found the customer help centre excellent, always replying promptly and answering any questions.
