We have Vivint since 2007/2008, I only can say the service is great, customer service excellent!
Customer service has been great and has been able to help me with every problem I've had so far !
I had a lot of issues with the sensors and false alarms. That's pretty scary around 3-4am lol... However the service team is good at helping. When the alarm sounds I always get a call ! You can download the app to your phone for easy access.
No matter how many times my 23-year-old parrot has set off the alarm, I am guaranteed to get the call from Vivint making sure everything is alright. I rest easy 24/7 knowing that my home is protected by Vivint when I am home or away. Outstanding service.
Everything works the way it should. When a problem does occur, which is seldom the tech support corrects the problem in a reasonable amount of time
The monitoring of my home in providing a safe environment for me and my family is priceless. Even when mishaps of false alarms occur and the quick response of informing the local law enforcement to check on us is greatly appreciated and we are definitely sorry for those happening. Also the affordable prices that helps with our budgeting helps tremendously. Thank you for the service that Vivint provides.
