On 2 occasions now I have needed to contact Wahl, on each occasion I have found their customer services staff an absolute delight to deal with. They are everything a CS department should be, prompt, polite, sympathetic, positive and they follow through to completion. I have to also complement the Senior Management of the Company for their attitude and ethos towards customers. Staff training is clearly to a very high standard and there must be adequate staff. Not only do they meet, but really exceed customer expectations, how refreshing. WELL DONE EVERYONE AND THANK YOU.

Without a doubt this was the best dealing I had with a company ever I had a trimmer which became faulty it had 3 years warranty but I didn't have any receipt also I completely forgot where I purchased it from when I told wahl they simply ask afew questions and needed some pictures off me once I provided it to them they sent me a new just like that never have i experienced better way off replacement of any other company. Thanks and keep it up

Had to make a claim under the Wahl guarantee. The company could not have been fairer and settled to my satisfaction within days. I recommend highly.
