Really poor experience! Was excited to purchase from their new jewellery collection so set an alarm to order pieces as soon as they dropped as they mentioned they would sell out quickly (midnight Singapore time where I currently am). International shipping was exorbitant for such small jewellery items (have ordered large bundles of heavy clothing items from the US and paid less for shipping). But loved the items so went ahead and purchased with we wore what for the first time. Managed to get some earrings and a necklace before they quickly sold out (I got my items within 5 mins then saw they sold out within 30). Two days later I get an email saying they miscounted inventory and had to cancel my order!! Looking at their Instagram comments I found tons of other people who had the same issue (even a girl below on this review site who paid for their “Patreon membership” for early access - but had the same thing happen to her which is shocking!). So clearly this was not some “small miscalculation”. Best part is - they’re not restocking at all 🙄 Really poor service and experience. Will never bother ordering here again and would recommend for others to stay away, disappointing.
TERRIBLE. My first time shopping with this ‘company’ and it couldn’t have been more awful. They have a subscription service whereby you can become a ‘Patreon’. You pay a fixed fee every month & then get early access to new releases and discount codes. I signed up, excited to buy a few items from their new collection (in early access) and also use the discount code they had promised. Discount code DID NOT work. Free shipping as advertised DID NOT work. You want to know the best part? I still went ahead and placed an order for 2 items - only to receive an email the very next day from their customer service team to say there had been a ‘stock discrepancy’ when I placed my order & they couldn’t fulfil it because they don’t have the items. I could go on, but I don’t want to waste any more time. Just do not shop here. APPALLING.
absolutely terrible customer service. i received two of the same item - as a birthday gift. i emailed them on the 15th day explaining my situation. they said since i was 1 day over the return policy they could do nothing to help. i explained i had been away on vacation so that was why the delay. they didn't care. so now i have two of the same jacket for no reason... will never be using them again.
Wish I had read these reviews. If your in Australia…. DO NOT purchase from these guys. The system will drop the .au off your email address and you get no confirmation and cannot return as it does not now recognise the right email address. Jacket was packaged small when opened was M/L ! Their customer service is appalling and dont know how to send back. They also said postage my problem despite being their mistake!!! Buy from Revolve or elsewhere

I ordered a skirt Dec 6 and as of Jan 2nd it’s still hasn’t been delivered. There is no number to call. Started texting someone Dec 23 and still texting jan 2 and said should be receiving it in the next day or 2. Was given 20% off after texting for a week. Missed giving Christmas gift. Customer emails are left with zero response, Instagram comments asking for response about statuses are deleted.... they're busy promoting and cranking out new lines and never actually sending out packages to paying customers awaiting for their previous lines to ship out. DO NOT SUPPORT WEWOREWHAT. As I looked up more reviews, I also came across many allegations of the founder of WWW ripping off designs, poor business practices and all around being a terrible person. My last time ever shopping here.
Ordered a month ago and still don’t have my item!!!!!!! You email them and they don’t even reply!! People comment about this same issue on their ig posts and they delete them all the time. Spend your time replying to your costumers, NOT deleting their comments.
Ordered on November 27 and the order is still being processed. If I ever get it I will have to return it, which will cost me money and there is a 10 dollar restocking fee. It was ludicrously expensive to begin with. This site/company will not make it through the season . If you order, kiss your money goodbye.
