I love Magic the game

I love Magic the game, but really: MTG Arena is just unplayable due to Server Problems. You loose games that you would win and you loose money. It really feels like fraud in the end.

Unethical business practices and the use of Pinkerton mercenaries

The use of Pinkertons, a private security firm known for resorting to violence against American workers, to confiscate a box of March of the Machine: The Aftermath trading cards is both illegal and unacceptable. The Pinkertons murdered people! This incident highlights the need for companies to prioritize ethical and lawful practices when engaging third-party security firms. The Pinkertons outrageous behavior prompted the US Congress to pass the Anti-Pinkerton Act, which aimed to curb their excessive and often unlawful tactics. The logistics error that resulted in the wrong product being delivered to the person was an honest mistake by the seller. Using intimidation and aggression to resolve the issue is unjustifiable. The person who was threatened showed remarkable kindness in the face of unwarranted aggression. This incident makes it clear that Wizard of the Coast does not deserve the support of its customers. I will never purchase any product from them again.

I've been playing magic and d&d since 93 and I've always enjoyed them greatly. They are willing to replace damaged product (which happen sometimes due to defects) and thats great. Only criticism i have they should change the etched foil from the whole card to select parts of image and border only. You're welcome for the great idea, you can keep that one! Love you guys!

Fantastic care and attention

So my box of 'betrayal at house on the hill' was missing two cards (great game for small groups btw). I contacted them about this and the replies couldn't have been quicker, friendlier or more helpful. This really made up for the missing cards. They were so helpful and sent it so quickly despite them having had issues with their local courier services. (US to UK delivery). I wish there was this level of customer care in other companies and industries!

I was playing tournement in MTG Arena

I was playing tournement in MTG Arena. 2. day i was 6-1 and need one more win to get $2000. In my 1. game of best out of 3. I had a sure win, but then it crash. I have the chance to play a new opponent, but he had a crazy deck and I lost 0-2. So i won money, but it felt I was roped for $1000. Wizard got my log and compensated. My respons to them. “Great service is when you get more than you expekt. I am greatfull, that you compensate for my frustrating experience. I realy respect that! I am one happy Magic player now”

Some great product lines witch made my youth great. Indeed people are right about the price being a bit over the top on some stuff and that prevents me from offering that 5th star. Yet the nostalgia is so much, i can't give it just 3 stars can i?

I love Dungeons and Dragons!

I love Dungeons and Dragons, it lets me keep in touch with my nerdy friends and family members! Not much is needed to start a campaign and if I do need something its easy to find even in local stores, but mostly I use the online tools which are also amazing!

I miss some of their older games

I miss some of their older games, but I'm still a big fan. I'm looking forward to seeing what they're going to come up with next.

The best support I've ever had!

Long story short, after one of the Dragons Lair-stores didn't care about their agreement about events nor costumers, and treated us horribly (literally lied to the costumers and also indicated we were stupid, lying and I know what not), I contacted Wizards in hopes of getting a Magic starter deck as I was promised in the store. I know Wizards aren't obligated to make up for Dragon Lairs mistakes, but even then I was met with the most understanding and apoligizing guy. To compensate for this horrible trip, he sent us not one, but two starter decks, including a personal, handwritten apology. Never have I experienced better service, this really made my week :-) Thank you Tom!
