The stone in my ring cracked within a year. Stones do not crack unless they are poor quality. My ring was hardly worn, and never abused. They wanted to charge me $280+ to replace the inferior stone at my expense. I would suggest spending your money with a different designer. Their items are overpriced and low quality and they do not stand behind what they sell.

TERRIBLE COMPANY with HORRENDOUS customer service and GARBAGE jewelry. They sell expensive junk and do not stand behind their products. I have NEVER left a bad review for any company. Who has the time. But this company is CRIMINAL! there are so many similar and higher quality companies.

I previously had such a good experience with them but I recently sent my necklace back after I broke it ( my fault) I sent them a 20.5 inch necklace and they sent me back a 24 inch necklace (included photos to show the difference, even included one from right before I sent the necklace to them) When I sent an email stating that the necklace length was noticeably different they stated that because of "stretching wear and tear" was why the necklace is now 24. My confusion came from not understanding how a necklace can stretch while not being worn but instead was in their care. Instead of them admitting that they made a mistake they let me know that I could send it back and pay the $30 plus shipping. I don't understand how you can send a necklace in at one length and receive it back at another but it's the customers fault. I have referred so many friends to them and it is disappointing to have to end being a customer like this.

Customer Service response was satisfactory. Good value. Will definitely check their sales & inventory again.

The gold bead 3 bracelet stack for over 200$ can’t even get wet! Anything that gets on them makes the hold completely come off. There are so many companies that make better products. Stay away from Zoe Lev
