zulily – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I decided to look up Zulily as I looked up another company before I shopped there. The other company had a 5.8 rating. So i thot, let me look uo Zulily for context. Wow. I was shocked at Zulilys low rating and complaints because Ive been shopping there for 10 years at least. I felt safe with them because tgey have treated me pretty damn well. Is it slow? Yes, they explain why. Has anything never come? No. Have they honored returns? Always. I ask for and receive refunds to my original form of payment. I guess, becayse I have been a long time customer, I get good treatment. My complaints however, are about the quality of some of their vendors. The quality has really gone down over the years. But there is a lot of variety. I own a lot of stuff from them and seeing the length of time Ive done business with them, I have a great measure of this shift. That is why I dont order as much from them as I used to. But they are pretty honorable and vendors I normally wouldnt order from directly, when I order thru Zulily, the products arrive.

I was very skeptical at 1st with all the bad reviews. I must have been lucky or perhaps some people don't like to leave good reviews. I ordered and received a purse withi 5 days. I was constantly receiving email updates almost daily. The item looks authentic and the price was perfect. Love love love the site. I wish the best to others.

Here's the thing about Zulily. If you're not willing to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery of your merchandise than you can't shop on Zulily. The prices are usually phenomenal for what is mostly good quality merchandise but it takes forever to arrive to your house. I've been shopping on Zulily for years and spend quite a bit of money on the website but if you're not familiar with how Zulily works you can be very frustrated. Zulily always has a cost for returning merchandise and they always charge top dollar for shipping so that's hard to swallow sometimes. I especially get furious when I have to pay to return merchandise that is so inferior that it never should have been on the website to begin with. That makes me quite angry and I've noticed that it's happening more frequently in the past few years. When name brand merchandise is available that is a great deal that you have to jump on immediate because it won't be there for long. I especially love when Tommy Hilfiger clothing is available, which isn't often, so I buy that at a significant discount immediately. Tommy blazers are 1/3 of the cost of a department store and it is the same garment. Over the years I have found some very unique and some of my favorite clothing on Zulily and I didn't spend a fortune on these garments but I love them. You have to be so careful with sizing on Zulily because many of their manufacturers are from China and sized ridiculously small. As an experienced Zulily shopper I know what to expect from almost all their vendors but it is definitely a learning curve and in the beginning I had to pay for many returns. I don't anymore unless they sneak a piece of junk into the line up that looks like it is going to be great. That's the thing about Zulily, they have just as much junk on their website as they have decent merchandise and until you can judge the difference you'll be paying for returns. And you don't get your money back either. You receive a store credit for returned merchandise which doesn't sit well with some people. Personally I don't mind the store credit because I shop on the website on a weekly basis and buy a very large amount of products from them so the store credit will always come in handy. Zulily has finally allowed shoppers to pay for their purchases in two payments spaced a month apart. This is new and they always demanded entire payment at time of purchase but now we can split the bill into 2 payments. That's really nice and I'd imagine in an effort to keep up with the buy now pay later websites. As long as you don't mind waiting an eternity to receive your orders Zulily can be a great place to find name brand products, unusual products and look great for a very reasonable price.

I have ordered from them -- 3 dresses and several tops. The orders do take a few days longer to get (that is why I gave them 4 stars) but I am satisfied with the clothing. The size is adequate and does seem to run a little larger so keep that in mind. The clothing look just like the pictures. The prices are great. And I have received many compliments.

I LOVE Zulily. I've shopped their site for years, and have only been unhappy with an item a couple of times. Each time, I have received a full refund. I don't understand the negative reviews. I don't buy just clothes, but many household/decor items as well. They don't post reviews until they get a certain number of them, so please always review items. I go by those too before ordering. They constantly are adding top-name brands. Yes, you have to wait for the items because they don't have a warehouse. This is stated on their site. The items are periodically shipped to them, then they ship to us, so if you have multiple items ordered, they may come at different times. I would not order something you need right away, because it can be weeks. I have found the tees and sweatshirt necklines to be very large, and the fabric thinner than other tops, but still enjoy wearing them. Just have to make some adjustments. If I ever have any of the issues others have complained about, I will leave them, but as of right now, I am a very satisfied customer.

I ordered from them bc I actually thought that I ordered from them before, but it was Zappos. I didn't figure that out until I placed an order for 5 Canada Weather jackets. After reading the reviews I got worried that my items would be in terrible condition. Shipping was about a week and my jackets were fine except for two that I thought were thin. It's not their fault bc Canada Weather made them. I'm going to keep them and see how they do. I would purchase from them again.

Delivery is slow but have bought several products and all have been good quality and reasonably priced.

I'm a huge fan. The company is reliable, standing behind the merchandise, and the pricing is fabulous. They have many choices, and the options change enough to keep me hooked.

Great site for lots of variety, but the return process can be a hassle. They are using lots of other companies so of course your items may vary on shipping times. Pretty good customer service though. A ton of packages were delivered to the wrong address via UPS, but customer service at Zulily refunded me without question on the spot.

This company I wasn’t really sure of, but I took a chance and I am very pleased in the prices, quality, and the timely manner they arrived. Size was correct to chart. Thank you! I just ordered more. I will order more in future.
