Track Canpar Packages & Parcels

My parcel arrived at the Canpar depot about 15 minutes drive from my home. It took them five days to cover that 15 minutes. They had my phone number and they did not bother to call me. When they finally delivered it, it was left on the porch. Again, they did not call or ring the door bell or request a signature. The item was valued at the better part of $10,000. Unfortunately, this type of incompetence has become widespread in Canada. It must all those wonderful computers helping us along.

Worst company ever seems like a shady business and they don't deliver your product

AWFUL company AWFUL customer service - driver took the wrong package from my doorstep, have spoken to CS 6 days in a row to be told 'we'll get back to you' absolute garbage company DONT USE!!!

Don't waste your time on another call to them. All the Google reviews say the same thing. This is the 3rd time they have let our package sit in a warehouse for nearly 2 weeks, 1.5 hrs away from destination. Like everyone else, assuming its half a scam company, half incompetence - they never answer the phone, were on hold twice for 30 min and hung up on. Lowest possible rating. I'll be paying the little extra for Canada Post from now on. Canada Post isn't fantastic, but they are easier to get an answer from and can at least file a claim with them because someone will answer a phone. CANPAR has cost my small business at least $4000 in profit from delayed materials leading to missed &refunded orders, and inability to produce certain stock levels for trade shows. Disgraceful company.

I dont think a company could stoop any lower. CS is absolutely terrible. ETA = "Today" but item becomes suddenly on hold for no good reason and the advise is to contact CS. (FYR the package was collected 3hrs from where i live and in the same country. I contact CS, and there response was "Hopefully the agent will contact you to let you know what day** they item might arrive" What is the actual point of this company if they cant even provide the most basic answers, let alone service

Paid them $110 For shipping and they shipped past my place back past my place across the ocean And now back across the ocean so if you come to me? What kind of delivery service is this. And trackingllkeeps saying missort.. Why am I paying for delivery when you guys keep messing it up.... Why am I paying for your guys mistakes.

I have been shipping with Canpar (Lachine, Quebec) for 4 years now. We never had a problem. The drop off is very easy because you can drive up directly to the front door. They even have a chain so you can keep the door open without someone having to hold it open. The service is excellent. My wife and I (we are in our 70's) drop off heavy boxes at least once a week. The boxes can weight up to 100 LBS. We never had to remove them from our vehicle. Jean and Gordon would do that for us. If you have lots of boxes you can drive your vehicle right into the warehouse and have them unloaded and scanned. We drop off boxes at many carriers and this is the only one that ever came out to help us. Plus with the others delivery is more complicated. Purolator drop offs involve going to a Bureau En Gros and waiting in line. At UPS the same thing. I don't usually wait with Canpar. We have nothing but good things to say about Canpar and their employees. Deliveries are on time and their prices are much better than their competition.

Cannot give less than 1 star, no customer service, no tracking that works, lost parcel, no wonder they are cheaper than real courier companies, they get paid and don't bother to deliver anything. Where do all the lost in transit parcels go?, if I knew I would check for my delivery there.

I just had my first delivery with Canpar, an Amazon order of a Papasan Chair. Landmark brought it from California to Calgary in 4 days, then handed off to Canpar, and Canpar brought it from Calgary to my door in BC in 4 days. It's only my first tho. Lol.
