Track Emirates Post Packages & Parcels

THE WORST COURIER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I've seen in my whole life, when you called them to ask why your delivery is late and why it's getting cancelled again and again? they will give you very lame reasons for that, they didn't have an idea about it, my parcel is about to deliver in one day but now it's been 2 weeks and it's getting cancelled without any call again and again!!

Thier phone doesn't work, thier delivery get cancelled by itself, what supposed to be one day of waiting turn out to take half a week, and even when you tell them alright that's it lemme come get it myself they say you cannot it's out for delivery, WHERE? And finally there is no where to complain about them so we all are force to come here

The useless courier ever. I was trying to do reschedule my package everyday said if I called to somebody it’s done. It’s ll come today (19-03-2024) before 1pm. Since morning I was waiting to get it nobody’s called me. When I called the customer the lady telling me that my biometric is failed so can’t delivered need to called the bank why this useless people can’t tell me that same day if that same day am calling to bank and short out this. Really am Pissed of this. Customer care people are useless 100% useless.

I had a shipment from China that was sitting at the Emirates Post Depot in Dubai. I wasn’t informed so it mean’t I lost valuable time in organising a delivery to RAK. I had to give the package to relatives as gifts before they left to go abroad. I rang Emirates post and the First Gentleman, contacted his boss to organise a fast track delivery. Against all the odds it arrived in Rak but I then had to get it to my house. A kind lady on the phone rang a man in the Rak depot (Emir Ali) and he managed to get me a Sunday delivery so my family got there presents. This all happened across the weekend and took 3 phone calls. I had absolutely low expectations but Mr Ali and the Emirates staff really came through for me. I have to leave a good review because they went beyond their jobs to help me.

I was at the Hamdan Post Office in Abu Dhabi and the services are totally revamped and excellent. Indeed Madazzer & an Arabic gentleman are very helpful and hard working. Indeed nice to see such a drastic change at Emirates Post.
