I have used i parcel a few times and they have been amazing
I ordered an item through Amazon in Germany and chose the cheapest unspecified shipping method as the item was not needed urgently (I am in the US). When I looked a couple of days later and saw the I-Parcel shipping method, and then read online reviews about the company, I assumed I might never receive the shipment. Well I have to say my experience with them was flawless. I was able to track each leg of the package, and though there was a slight delay in Europe due to an "address problem" it seemed to be resolved in less than a day and the package was moving again. They handled my package through their New Jersey facility, and though it didn't move from that location for two business days, once it was handed off to UPS it arrived here in South Carolina within two days. Total delivery time from Munich to my home was 12 days. No complaints from me.
For three days now, the tracking says "Out for delivery". I haven't seen the delivery guy leaving any delivery notes and I haven't even seen anyone passing my street! Update: After contacting iparcel support they helped me out and gave me the local Greek number to call and it turns out the problem was from the Greek local courier service. thank you for the quick assistance iparcel but please fix your tracking system.
This company does not have a good customer service. I went to their store to ask properly how much will the shipping fee is, ask if the item is allowed to be ship which contains lithium battery and that I will be shipping 5 items (which is a personal air purifier). Their staff told me, that it is allowed. Now that I’am here, they will tell me that this is not allowed and that I would to sign a waiver that it is not their fault if the item will be hold. They even called their supervisors, who apparently does not act like a supervisor??? Does not know how to handle this kind of situations and does not even known their own policies for shipping? By the way, this item was paid overseas just to be able to send this item to kuwait.
