Track LaserShip Packages & Parcels

I shop often at Lululemon and Bath & Body works. For the free ground shipping I get, I am very much impressed on the delivery. Imagine getting your online order in 3 days.... for freee.... cannot beat that.

Laser has delivered about 4 packages for me so far. The first time was ok, not late not fast. The second I was quite disappointed as the delivery took were longer than expected and it appeared to be sitting at one of there warehouses. The last two I have been more than impressed. Packages were delivered way earlier than anticipated: within a day of when it was handed to them.

Really confused by all the negative reviews... I place an order with Nespresso for coffee pods about once a week, the company sends all packages via Lasership. I'm always blown away by how fast it gets here. Consistently around 24 hours from pickup in NJ to delivery in MA. I got to this site by googling "why is lasership so much faster than other carriers" and found pretty much nothing but complaints. Seems odd that the only carrier service that consistently offers quick deliveries and accurate arrival time estimates in my area, has such bad reviews. Maybe Nespresso is paying for a faster service? (Free to me, so who knows). All I know is that I have had nothing but unexpectedly good experiences with them and I use them often.

Excellent service. The delivery date was 2 weeks faster then stated on a web site. Exceeded expectations. This is a huge improvement !

I was very worried about two laser ship deliveries coming to my home after seeing the reviews on TrustPilot and other sites. Both shipments had accurate tracking and quick alerts and arrived on time. Many boxes coming to my house have obviously been abused on their way to me - these were in great condition and had been handled with care. I know most people come to sites like Trust Pilot only when they’ve had a bad experience. Mine so far with LaserShip has been much better than with other traditional shippers.

Most times I order from Nordstrom my package is delivered by Lasership and personally I've had an excellent experience! I've had at least 20 deliveries, probably more, and NEVER had a problem. Not 1.(I cringe when I see FedEx is delivering!!) When they receive my package it's delivered the next day. The driver always lets me know when he's here and my items are always in perfect condition. I'm sure there's more people out there that have had a great experience as well but unfortunately most people only leave reviews when they've had a terrible experience. I'd like to say thank you for being a dependable delivery service! This review is for the Woburn Massachusetts Lasership.

I freaked out when I saw the horrible reviews for LaserShip because I had an important package that the seller was shipping to me with this company. In fact, I tried to cancel my order. The package was delivered a day before the estimated date and everything went super well. I kept checking the tracking when it said that it was out for delivery and around noon I checked and the tracking had a photo of the package at my front door. I think whether we get good or poor service might depend on the location. I am located in Raleigh/Durham, NC and LaserShip ended up being better then 5 stars for me.

I didn't read the other comments but for me LaserShip has been extremely helpful!! They answer their phone and the reps give exceptionally good customer service, from answering questions to working with you to get things figured out!!

5 star experience with LaserShip product delivery service. I ordered an item from NewEgg on June 28th. Tracking showed the item starting in Indiana on June 29th, then moving to Ohio the same day. On the 30th of June the item moved to New Jersey. On July 1st, the item moved to Endicott, NY at 4:52 am, and then was delivered to me in Lisle, NY before Noon. Smooth, quick and problem-free delivery. Well done!

I spoke to a customer service agent named Victoria at 9pm EST on 5/17/21. The world needs more sweet & patient people like Victoria! My package was delivered to a non-existent address & is still MIA at this moment. But Victoria was so friendly & seemed to genuinely want to help me figure my situation out. Before her I had called Free People who essentially told me "Sorry, not our problem, you have to call the carrier." To go from that conversation to her was truly night to day - even after being on hold for 25 minutes > :) Give Victoria a big raise & protect her at all costs!
