It's strange to read all these bad, even bitter, reviews. My experience with NZ Post is entirely positive. I have a lot of parcels delivered weekly, and NZ Post always deliver on time, or ahead of time, every time. It's easy to change delivery notes, and the tracking system works perfectly. Perhaps I'm just lucky to have a really good driver in my area, I don't know. The truth is more people will login to complain than will login to applaud, so these reviews tend to be skewed by people who, quite understandably, are very unhappy with their experience. So I've logged in to say thanks to NZ Post for providing me with a consistently brilliant and reliable service. You want a bad experience? Try Aramex.
