Track OnTrac Packages & Parcels

Simply horrible service. If you are a business (like Mint Mobile) using OnTrac to deliver your product, you are guaranteeing bad customer service.

Ontrac is a good company that delivers fast. Only problem is they don't use the delivery instructions that I left. I have to give the same delivery instructions for each delivery.

Boxed.com switched carriers in my area. I was upset when I saw my order was shipping via OnTrac. the reviews are horrible and I had a bad experiences with them a couple of years ago. Friends and co-workers had nothing nice to say, so I was surprised when our order arrived at our home in perfect condition. It was late, but only because it arrived to them late. The driver delivered after 9PM. We already turned our our lights and it is dark here and very cold. Our boxes where in the safest possible place. The delivery person did a great job.

Many of my online orders are shipped via OnTrac and I've had no problems. Packages are always delivered 2-3 days (usually 2); the driver always knocks or rings doorbell upon delivery. So far their service is great. Thank you OnTrac.

I have had the best experiences with ontrac in Tucson Arizona . My driver has been totally dependable . I have appreciated him so much over the years no problems whatsoever. My pkgs . always arrive on time and in great condition . Couldn’t be happier with ontrac.

We must have the best two people that are on this route that delivers to us, we have had no problems, they are both fantastic and thoughtful, today the male driver delivered my package and saw my dog waiting at the door, he asked how many dogs I had, I replied just one, he went to his truck and gave my dog a great dog toy . Dude was so happy, he loves getting gifts and thinks each delivery is for him. this time it was.. Our drivers are the best!

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE WELL TRAINED AND EAGER TO ASSIST WITH GOOD FOLLOWUP

They must have listened to the reviews, because after a not so happy experience with them, I called today and got immediate and intelligent handling of the issues. The delivery guy even showed up later personally to ensure everything was being handled. I am quite impressed. update Dec, 2021: And since then all packages have been delivered correctly. I wish UPS listened to their reviews... One thing UPS does well though, is make USPS, Ontac and Fedex Look GREAT!!!

I prefer ontrac to FedEx or ups I live in a toll brothers neighborhood on a double lot on a faux street The side of my house faces my actual street I’ve spent the last five years dealing with FedEx and ups not delivering my packages because they claim that they can’t find my clearly marked house Ontrac has constantly delivered on time and without any incidents I’m completely great full that Nordstrom’s has started using them as I completely hate FedEx and their incompetence 💅🏻
