Track Singapore Post Packages & Parcels

Exceptional service! A parcel of mine had been sent to an incorrect address and was due to be returned. I contacted Speedpost and the lady could not have been more helpful in dealing with my query. Eventually the parcel was sent to a nearby post office for collection. Extremely impressive and efficient service and thank you to everyone who helped me.

On 10 october i very pls with operator Preemah...during my conversation with her at 10.45 am She was willing to serve me tru out my parcel tracking ..wer about..since fail on first delivery..she will update me every 5 to 10min by calling me .i was honour and praise her quality to assit on tis issue ...very smooth ..n at 11.45 i got my item...cheers very helpfull service i had ..cheers to u Preemah ..!!

I was not at home when the delivery person from Singpost was to deliver a parcel. He tried to call me and send me messages about the delivery but I was not available at that time. When I responded later to the delivery person's (Henry Ang Choon Howe) message, he was very responsive. Henry made an extra effort to go back to my place to deliver the parcel after I told him to leave my parcel on the pillar of my house. After which, he even took a picture and sent to me to inform me of the delivery. Henry is one the only few responsible and responsive delivery persons whom I have encountered so far. I really appreciate his professionalism as a delivery personnel. Nowadays, it is rare to come across delivery personnel who are so service oriented. Keep up the good work, Henry!

Don't be fooled by all the bad reviews. Customers always post review when their item got lost/damaged/arrived late but never post review when they recieve their item on time. Hence, I'm here to share my positive experience so people can have a more balanced view. Singpost's service is always fast and reliable. Oftentimes when I ordered something from the US through USPS, the item get delivered by the next working day by SingPost once it reach SG. The only time when my package fail to deliver/get damaged is because I wrote the address wrong or the sender did not pack the package properly. Hence I've learnt the "Fragile" & "Do not bend" label is irrevalent if you pack the package properly. Overall, very satisfied with the service. Keep up with the good work SingPost!
