Track TNT Packages & Parcels

After reading the reviews I was concerned about our 7 Day Fast Track Passports being compromised for our holiday in two weeks time. However, I received a text message from them at 7.30, and passports where delivered. Our appointment was the Tuesday in Liverpool, Adult Passport delivered the Friday, and my child's passport was delivered on the Saturday. Adult passport was posted through the letter box as we weren't in, child's passport was delivered at 7.30 saturday morning. Excellent Service, thank you TNT!

I was worried after reading some of the very negative comments as I missed the first delivery attempt. I rearranged for more suitable day and thankfully my passport arrived on the day nice and early. The courier was polite and friendly so cannot fault TNT.

I was so worried when I seen all of the negative reviews on here but thankfully my delivery driver was super nice and delivery was secure and speedy as promised!

I missed the delivery in the morning...so it tried to manage the delivery schedule thru FED EXwebsite but it gives me hard time with all the sign up and account numbers and tried to contact the help number but it didn't get me through...I was able to pass through the Tnt website and did a support chat help and I was able to get a fast response from Ben C. and managed the booking for pick up for me.. He's been a great help with good customer service provided...

I applied for my passport Fast-Track seven days ago, and received a message earlier this morning saying my passport would be delivered today (from 8am to 8pm). It arrived just before 10am, and the driver was lovely. Excellent service from TnT and HM Passport Office.

Got a message at 9 that my passport would be delivered after reading the reviews was a bit worried but 12-30 on the dot a lovely delivery man called llyod delivered it ( ilford area ) polite and courteous and I was over the moon thank you tnt

I read the reviews about TNT when I was still waiting for my British passport and I started to go into panic mode, but I have been pleasantly surprised: I received both my British passport and the supporting documents on time and just a couple of days apart (received UK passport first and then, separately, the supporting documents). The delivery was on time and both the couriers were friendly. I have also used their Customer Service twice (to provide some further details) and in both occasions I have found nice, professional and helpful people. If you are reading this now and you have started worrying after reading the other reviews, do not despair, as you might have a positive experience like me! :)

We had renewed our passports but owing to a leak had to move out of our home.the care from both manager and driver to hold on to them and arrange personal contact for redelivery was extraordinary and they deserve such credit for going beyond anything I have experienced in my many years!
