AeroGrow Tracking Order Status

Two out of five lettuce sprouting after two weeks. Disappointing.

I got the AeroGarden for Christmas 2021 and I am absolutely satisfied. It has lived up to all my expectations and more. I planted 6 herbs for the first try and I'm still harvesting them now midMarch. I had two questions & emailed Customer Service for help. Within 2 days I had very detailed explanations. Highly recommend them.

Got a small aerogarden unit over the holidays and currently growing some herbs! It's going great so far. I just love it!

Decent enough customer service, my aerogarden came without a pump nozzle and, after one email providing my proof of purchase they had a replacement in the mail. They are working from home now which does affect response time, but at the end of they day they will get to you, albiet not immediately

You might want to think twice before ordering from AeroGarden. This company does not update the current status of orders. Furthermore, they do not have an option to cancel an order before it is processed/shipped. So once you place the order, if you want to change your mind about it; in my case because the poor customer service, you are out of luck. I waiting two weeks only to find out they had ONE of my orders on backlog. I had TWO orders which eventually shipped separately, yet, they held both orders back pending the single order backlog and never showed any status changes on my online account. In addition, until I had sought the help of the Better Business Association, no one responded to the multiple emails I sent them for an update. I had to send those emails because they do not have a customer service call center.
