Alamo Tracking Order Status

My car was superb… very easy to drive and it was fun trying out all the tech aids which I don’t have in my own car. The staff at the airport rental office were exceptional and even gave me a list of their favourite places to eat and so on. Thank you for a great driving vacation!

Ich habe mein Mietwagen am Frankfurter Flughafen abgeholt. Da meine Abholzeit sich verspätete wollte die Info telefonisch mitteilen. Obwohl ich niemanden erreichen konnte, war das kein Problem. Der Service war super. Bei der Rückgabe hatte ich Schwierigkeiten den Abgabebereich im Parkdeck zu finden aufgrund schlechter Beschilderung. Daher wäre es super wenn es eine Anleitung geben würde oder beim Abholen eine kurze Info wie man dort hinkommt. Alamo / Enterprise haben dazu bereits etwas in Planung. Danke an Adil für den Service.

Abbiamo noleggiato all’inizio di marzo 2024 una vettura per una settimana presso l’aeroporto di Malaga. La macchina era seminuova, pulita e in ottime condizioni. Non abbiamo avuto nessun inconveniente durante il noleggio. La tariffa era molto conveniente e la professionalita' e la cortesia degli operatori di Alamo e' stata impeccabile. In particolare la funzionaria Andrea, molto gentile e preparata ha reso agevole e semplice la procedura di restituzione della vettura. Sicuramente ci avvarremo di Alamo per i futuri noleggi

Location is not at airport, it takes a while AND they charged a $90 airport fee. At return, I signed a doc with a final number, was later charged more on my credit card. Got an email from customer service asking if I was happy with the rental, so I took the opportunity to tell them about the charge, but they didn't change it. Disputing it now with credit card. They were also higher in price than others, just thought it would be safer to rent with them as I rent from them in other countries. Be careful.
