Ich hatte mehrere PC-Zubehörteile bestellt, die in einem Paket, außer einem Teil, ankamen. Laut Versendungsprotokoll soll in dem Paket auch das fehlende Teil gewesen sein. Auf meine Reklamation (nicht erhalten) hin, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass laut Sendungsverfolgung mir die Ware zugesendet wurde und ich nun Fotos als Beweis zu meiner Reklamation vorlegen soll. Tja, soll ich nun eine nicht vorhandene Ware fotografieren, also ein leeres Foto als "Beweis" hinschicken? Die Bedingungen der Reklamationsprozededur erscheinen mir in diesem Fall umständlich, bis wohl unerfüllbar ...
