At first when I saw and read the limitations I thought the visitor card would not bring any value but after reading and studying in depth the access to some of the museums in Barcelona it brought great value to our trip. For example going to Montserrat takes a lot of time and money and if you take into account the possibility going by bus it cuts away the time need to change train from Barcelona with the funicular. Thus you could spend 100 euros for 5 attractions instead of 200 euros and this is a bargain from my point of view.

We liked all the attractions, we saw with our Barcelona pass. It's good that you we watch so many things with it. Sadly we had very bad experience with reservations with Amigo tours guided programs. All the guides were perfect, but Amigo tours reorganized our bookings within 24-48 hours before the tours and with this they caused a lot of stress for us! They put us in an almost unmanageable situation because it is impossible to re-plan a pre-planned itinerary in such a short time! They weren't helpful, they didn't care that we had a planned, booked, pre-paid program from morning to night. The city of Barcelona, the attraction, the people and the guides, everything else was perfect but the reservations with Amigo tours, and their client management was very disappointing and pitiable.

We got the Barcelona card for 5 days and really enjoyed the activities we chose. We tried things we would not normally do if we were paying for each thing individually. We were able to explore so many more sites knowing the cost to us was not the full ticket price. The guided activities were led by top notch guides. We enjoyed our time in the city so much more with the pass. We stayed longer in Barcelona than we originally planned because of the pass. Some of the tour content overlapped with the content of other tours but we would still have done both again because the format was different (walking tour vs. bike tour vs. Segway tour). It was also very easy to use the pass to check into the activity. We appreciated the reminder emails received the day prior to the activity which confirmed the meeting times and locations.
