My package came on time and everything was exactly what I ordered. I was skeptical at first never ordering from here before but the price was cheaper than anywhere else and the item was the same as the expensive ones other places. I loved it! Will be ordering from here again.

I ordered an East West Furniture dining set from Bison Office. It arrived a couple of days early and was exactly as described. FedEx was not gentle with the packages; they were gouged, with styrofoam coming out. But the furniture inside was unscathed. Very high quality too. I am a satisfied customer.

Our chair arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. We are very happy with our purchase.

After researching companies to order two Mariana nightstands, I chose Bison Office because of the reviews. Customers said delivery was timely and the customer service department was friendly. I ordered to Mariana Nightstands and delivery occurred within 3 business days. However, it was the wrong delivery. I received two chairs instead. I refused the delivery, On Sunday April 7th, left a message on the After Hour phone voicemail. on Monday April 8th I spoke to CSR "Demi" at 11:06 am to confirm the correct order will be delivered and was assured it would be. Demi was attentive. At a little after 2pm, FedEx return the same order I refused on Sunday and left it on my doorstep. Now, I can't pick up those boxes and hope I will not be responsible for them. I will update my review upon receiving the actual packages ordered. Right now, I am disappointed but I understand mistakes happen and we all need a little Grace. I will update everyone upon receiving my correct delivery.
