BlueBay Hotels Tracking Order Status

Estuvimos una semana hospedados en el BlueBayGrandEmerald en Riviera Maya. El hotel deja bastante que desear, la habitación estaba bien, pero tenía varios defectos: el espejo del baño estaba con descorchones, solo ponían dos toallas grandes (ni toalla para el pelo ni para los pies ni para las manos), tampoco había secador, el cierre de la puerta que daba a la terraza estaba roto(cuando llamamos a recepción tardaron más de una hora en venir a arreglarlo), los alrededores de la habitación olían mal, a manglar según ellos, pero era bastante desagradable. En general la gestión de problemas era bastante nefasta y lenta(pedías un carrito y tardaba media hora). El spa, al que te ofrecen ir según llegas, estaba en obras y los únicos servicios disponibles eran de pago(yendo en régimen de TI). El desayuno abría a las 7 am, y en la mayoría de excursiones te recogían a las siete o antes, a este problema el hotel no ofrecía ninguna solución. También tenía cosas buenas, los buffets eran bastante variados, cambiando los platos todos los días y con comida de buena calidad, la animación del hotel era bastante divertida y tenía propuestas de muchos tipos. Las instalaciones eran buenas.

Me and my mom love this place. Very beautiful view, the area was well maintained and the weather in December was great, a little windy, so we went to the beach, went down and swam in the warm water of the ocean, since the water in the pool was cold. The food is delicious, I wish there was more choice of desserts. Very attentive and responsive staff. Both restaurants have excellent service. At the reception all issues are resolved in a matter of seconds. The only wish is aesthetic renovation and updating of mattresses on the beds. We will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the pool services.

My experience with the hotel is great, customer service excellent. Staff very helpful I got the apartment I was expecting …. The staff at restaurant always smiling and helpful, food excellent above my expectations… well done to all staff that make it great to stay at Bluebayresort…. I will definitely be back …

We stayed at the Bluebay resort in Zanzibar August 2022 and the overall experience was fabulous. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and did their utmost to ensure we had the best stay. The general manager Dass was absolutely amazing at ensuring everything was perfect. The resort had lots of amenities, and the cleanliness of the rooms was first class. I would highly recommend and certainly return.

Outstanding in a nutshell. The staff are absolutely on form so helpful and thoughtful. Our cleaner/housekeeper helped my mother up as she is disabled without a second thought. The reception staff arranged mobility scooters for us and was very cheap. This place is my new favourite holiday destination. The whole experience has been fab. I love it here and yes I'm here at the time of writing this review. The food is good with themed nights.. lovely clean place very very comfortable ..
