Boohoo Tracking Order Status

When my order came missing one shoe, Beth, my online chat adviser, quickly resent a new pair on next day delivery in time for a wedding I am attending at the weekend. No fuss, no long waiting times, excellent customer service. Thanks Beth!

I've ordered from here a few times but I've now deleted the app and won't be ordering again. My order arrived today and everything I ordered was medium as that's my usual size. All the tracksuits looked like XXL sizes when on. Their sizings are way too big. Waste of money as instead of wearing the tracksuits out which I was looking forward to, I'm just using them as PJs instead for around the house. I know I could have returned the items but it's more hassle and wen you order your usual size you expect it to fit. Quality of material is good though.

Had an issue with an order being faulty and used online chat to speak to someone about a retrun. She was amazing and sent me a replacmeent with next day delivery! Beth P - Great to deal with! :)

Placed an order on next day delivery. Received the order but one item was incorrect. Messaged Boohoo who straight away sent me the correct item on next day delivery. Thank you to April SD who sorted the issue.
