BookVIP Tracking Order Status

I do not recommended this website because I do not want to be hated for that recommendation. I booked a trip through them about 7 weeks before our vacation. However, 5 days before the vacation, we were still struggling to find out which hotel and what room our reservation was for and could not find an answer. How stressful it is! Here are some main reasons I do not recommend BOOKVIP. 1. We saw their plan online and saw "free cancellation" then called them as required after payment. Then we were told we would not get full refund if cancel the trip, part of the payment will be held by them as "credit" to use later. So basically, it's not a lie about "free cancellation". 2. For part of the plan, we were obligated to attend a presentation to get the discount. It was said and written as a "2 hour presentation". However, it was 3 hours and a half, wasted a whole half day of our vacation. The product they tried to sell on the presentation was very expensive, we were not planning to purchase right there and then, the representatives just kept asking "why do you not plan to buy now" again and again after we told them "no". 3. We purchased and paid to Bookvip and another company named "Monster" called us back with our information to operate our reservation. They could not explain why, when we called Bookvip, Bookvip staff said they didn't know "Monster" and told us not to trust them. At the end, still "Monster" operated our reservation but in the middle, we had to make 20-30 phone calls and spent hours and hours to make things clear and go through, Bookvip didn't help NOTHING! Above are the 3 main reasons that I do not recommend Bookvip without mentioning little problems such like they got the vacation dates wrong, got the room type wrong, etc. I think Bookvip could save 100 dollars on your vacation, however, the time you wasted on them really worth more than that. And if you do not pay 120% attention (like if we didn't find out they made our vacation dates wrong), they may ruin your vacation easily. By the way, their price does not include tax, so not really save that much.

Update on review. I contacted Bookingvip again via email and a week later i finally got a response. I got my full refund this past week. They paid me in Euros, not pounds initially and i made a complaint and the problem was rectified within 24 hours. Thank you for sorting out the problem. 4 stars mainly because i jad to reach out again and again but the refund process once started, was quick.. Initial complaint** I booked a holiday with Unsold.com in November 2020 and my payment was taken by Booking.vip, says so on my statement. Now unsold.com has gone under and i have reached out to Booking.vip for a.refund and they ignore my emails. I have tried calling and the moment i mention unsold.com they get very defensive, rude and don not want to help. I have researched and realise they are one and the same company but just that unsold didn't survive and had to go under. I really think they should just refund their unsold.com clients and maintain a good reputation. I really need someone to sort this out and i get my refund...very disappointed. If something appears too good to be true, it probably isn't. Be careful

I booked My first trip ever through bookvip.com. Unfortunately, I did not read the terms and conditions for the resort I chose and I did not realize that I was not able to go to that resort. Ultimately, I spoke to a supervisor, KJ. He spent a great deal of time with me looking at different resorts to which a single man could go. He was very kind, very patient, and very professional. Because of KJ, I am booked at a great resort in Mexico. Given it was my mistake to begin with, I could not be more impressed with the service he provided. Because of KJ, I will most certainly be booking future trips through bookvip.com. Thank you again, KJ!

We booked a vacation at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun through BookVIP. La Casona Steak House was Excellent and Davino Italian restaurant was also delicious! The hotel is in a good location near Isla Mujeres and has several nice pools. We toured the new Garza Blanca hotel which was gorgeous, and we are anxious to return there for a vacation!

This company is not reputable. I booked a vacation with Unsold.com but the charge to my account was made by Bookvip.com. Unsold has disappeared. I called Bookvip who said they had no connection with Unsold. However they could not answer my question as to why Bookvip charged my account not could they tell me what happened to my funds.
