Bumble and Bumble Tracking Order Status

Personally after using the curl range I didn't notice much difference with other mid-priced items on the market. Way too expensive. For some reason my relative likes their products so I decided to take advantage of the black friday offers and get xmas gifts. Even in the sale the products are stupidly expensive. Anyway I thought I'd be getting the best deal I could as it is black friday but after purchasing items the deal changed to an even better offer. I was annoyed that they seem to be changing their offer each day during black friday period. Disappointing to purchase items to find out the next day of an even better offer. Complained and nothing was done to make me feel better as a customer. I'm now going to return all my items. Terrible customer service.

Upgrading to 4 stars - order received on the 29th. It would be nice to have website updated of order status, including tracking number, so that there is no undue concern of paid but non-moving order. ----- Ordered on the 23rd, got charged on the 24th, followed up via email on the 27th since status is still in warehouse. Their FAQ says that one will be charged only when the products are shipped. I got a reply that they cannot answer my inquiry via email and that I have to call customer service. It's strange that they cannot update me of status via email.

I recently made an online order with this company, as I have done on several occasions in the past. For some reason, the delivery address on my confirmation email was an old one, which I no longer have access to. My billing address was correct and I had wanted my products sent here too. As soon as I realized there was an error, I called Bumble & Bumble. I used the number which customers who wish to cancel orders are directed to. Initially I had to call four times, as every time I was holding the line would go dead and I was cut off. When I finally spoke to an associate, I explained the situation and asked that the delivery address be updated. The order was not even twenty minutes old but I was told the address couldn’t be changed. So, I asked to cancel the order, with a view to placing a new order as soon as this happened. I was informed the order couldn’t be cancelled. A refund was offered, although this will take seven to ten days. Quite frankly, I do not have complete confidence that this will happen. My experience with other online retailers has been that an order can be amended within two hours of placing it. Usually, the customer can make changes quickly and easily. I am so disappointed, as I have never had problems with Bumble & Bumble before and feel their customer service requires some attention.

They have made such a difference to my hair and although they are on the pricey side they are worth every penny, you use so little with each wash because the quality is so good that they last for months and months. one of their first clients. I have moved around the world a lot and always use a certified bumble and bumble hairdresser and salon. I love their products and they do a lot of testing before a product hits the market. ALL of their certified hairdressers MUST attend classes annually in NYC. DO NOT EVER buy Bumble and Bumble Products from a non certified shop or salon. I was told this from the headquarters. They have a wonderful website that is cutting edge and will give you so much healthy hair advice.
