Burrow Tracking Order Status

We love our burrow couch! We got the Range 6-Piece Sectional. It came in about a week. Each chair comes in its own box, so be prepared for lots of recycling! The instructions and assembly are very easy, but do take a bit of time. I did it alone in about 3 hours. It's definitely a firmer couch, but I prefer that so I think it's pretty comfortable. It fits our space perfectly and we love the color (stone gray). We haven't had any major spills or muddy dogs on the couch yet, but I can see how the material would be very easy to clean. It is very easy to rearrange in whatever configuration you want, which is very cool. Highly recommend!

We love the sofa. It is however very firm. So if you have a tailbone problem, as I do, you will need to sit on a pillow. What I hate about Burrow is this, they will not allow a review on their site! They send you an email saying a third party takes care of that but after a month, and many complaints to Burrow, there is no review for me to give. I don't like that and I don't trust it! I will NOT buy from them again until they change that policy. They know if you have purchased from them or not, it shows on their site that you have, so that is BS when they say a third party verifies that you have purchased from them. Finally after "nagging" them, I was able to post my review! They said they'd sent me email to review what we bought but it was not coming through, I had them send it to a different email address and that worked. We still love our furniture, it's still VERY firm, but it looks terrific. BUT, I think had my review been bad they would not have accepted it, the reviews on their site are all GREAT! Not every single person is going to give 5 stars! I would suggest if you want to buy it, just be aware of all of the facts about the place. The very firm furniture and the pain with giving a review, don't stop nagging them to give one! It's expensive but for us, it was worth it. We really wanted to buy from LoveSac. com but they were way over our budget but very nice stuff there. Also this, it is NOT made in the USA, but in Mexico instead, but they sure do a great job of making it there. It is not cheap Chinese made furniture. I don't have a problem with it being made in Mexico, I just hope they pay them accordingly but really, bring your factory to the USA please!

Just okay. I purchased the 5 seat sectional in December. It arrived promptly. It was really challenging to out together and one of the pieces was ripped. To be fair, Burrow sent a replacement section. The big thing is that the fabric is super cheap. Even with covers the fabric is already pilling, And it's a huge dirt and hair magnet. I've had the sectional a few weeks, and I can't imagine based on the wear so far it will look anything but trashed within a year.

Great couch, fast delivery, easy set-up, and responsive customer service. I bought the burrow nomad velvet sofa with an ottoman a few weeks ago after the sofa I bought couldn't fit into the elevator in my new apartment building. It arrived within two weeks of purchase in 6 very large boxes. I found it easy to put it together by myself and it's exactly what I was expecting based on photos and reviews. The seat is firm and supportive and there were absolutely no issues with the product upon delivery. Customer service was very fast at responding to my inquiry about changing the leg color (just an aesthetic preference, nothing wrong with the quality). I haven't had it for too long, so let's see how it holds up to frequent use by an 80lb pup. He seems to like it! I will absolutely recommend burrow couches to anyone who moves frequently or has to move somewhere with narrow hallways/doors.

The product is OK. But because I had trouble putting the sofa together and wrote a negative review, their customer service people are now harassing me. I guess they think they can get me to change the review -? But they have only made me that much angrier.
