buybuyBaby Tracking Order Status

I am giving BBB a 2 star review because I’ve experienced issues with them from the start. I ordered a car seat system online and was told it was on back order but should receive it within a month. After a months time and no update on the item I called to figure out the best thing to do and was told I should get an update on the item in a week. Then after a weeks time and no update I was told the item was never going to be available and to order something else. I decided to order it through Amazon who had it delivered to me in 3 days. Another issue I had was the bassinet I ordered. I didn’t know it was an item sold through BBB but considered at 3RD party item so if for any reason it needed to be returned it has to go through FedEx only. Well it did have to be returned because the design and size of the bassinet mattress is an odd measurement that zero sheets exist for it in the entire world unless I sew my own. To put the wrong size sheets on a bassinet mattress is dangerous and not ok. So I had to return it! Then in the meantime of that return happening I chose the Halo bassinet that was purchased and delivered to my home in 3 days time so I was so happy but it was delivered damaged and broken so now it has to be returned. The moral of the story is unless you go in person to buy items from BBB and you like what you’re purchasing do not buy anything from them online. The staff at the store were nice but nothing to write home about.

UPDATE: Tried private messaging on their FACEBOOK page and they finally answered!!! I was given my $40 gift card! OLD: I ordered a car seat with a promotion going on. Site stated I would get a $40 gift card if I made the purchase between certain dates. I did make the purchase within the time frame. NO gift card. That $40 gift card offer was the ONLY reason I ordered from BuyBuyBaby. I've contacted customer service via email twice with no reply and I've messaged them on their Facebook page with no reply. After reading other ugly reviews on this page, I'm not looking forward to phoning them. I am sure it will not do any good. Learned my lesson.....order from Target or Amazon or your other fave retailer!!!

The physical stores are awesome! They are like baby paradise,big, and you can find anything. On the other hand the online shopping experience isn’t as great if you ever need help with your order . Their costumer service representatives are quite rude, unprepared, and can hardly be understood.

Didn't have to wait on hold long at all, and had a very pleasant experience. Answered all questions I had and worked with me until we figured out the problem. Issued refund, no problem. Great customer service!

It's exactly as pictured and super soft. I'm shocked at the low reviews I'm this. My son takes it everywhere... A little high on price, but my kid loves it. I will say, that he actually likes the baby shark music cubes more and they are half the price, but he takes his daddy shake everywhere with him. He even likes it more than build a Bear.
