Collectif Tracking Order Status

Je me suis fait avoir par les frais de douanes... Je n'étais pas au courant que ma commande ne devais pas dépasser 150 euros. J'ai acheté 2 manteaux au prix individuel en dessous de 150€ donc annoncés dédouanés sur le site. Bref après une très longue attente car mon colis a mis beaucoup de temps à arriver (pendant presque 5 jours il n'y a pas eu le moindre changement dans le suivi colis), j'ai finalement eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir payer 99€ de frais de douanes à la livraison. Les manteaux sont heureusement à la bonne taille, de bonnes qualités et achetés soldés donc cela compense à peu près les frais de douanes inattendus. Cependant je ne suis pas entièrement satisfaite par l'un d'eux, j'étais persuadée d'avoir vu ce modèle sur une de mes collègues, il me semblait qu'il était doublé et avait une capuche. Soit mon souvenir est erroné, soit ce n'était pas le même modèle finalement, en tout cas je ne m'en étais pas aperçu lors de mon achat. Si j'avais su, je ne l'aurais pas acheté et n'aurais pas eu à payer de frais de douane pour le 2eme manteau😭 Point positif : j'ai contacté le service client avant la livraison et à la réception, ils ont répondu rapidement à mes questions. Mon expérience avec ce site de vente est tout de même terni par les frais de douanes. Je continue d'apprécier la marque, mais je commanderai à l'avenir sur des sites français ou allemand.

Die Produkte sind gut und die Kommunikation auch. Allerdings ist der gewählte Versand UPS eine Katastrophe und eine Lösung von Seiten Collectif konnte nicht erwirkt werden. Hat uns 300 Euro und ein Jahr Ärger gekostet und die Bestellung haben wir auch nicht. Das und die Gebühren aus UK führen dazu, dass wir da nie wieder bestellen werden.

Absolutely shocking returns process! avoid unless you want to wait upwards of a month to be reimbursed. Treated myself to a large parcel of clothes, having never bought from the brand ordered numerous different sizes styles etc to try (we know how it is ladies!) clothing was nice quality and I picked out a couple of items then filled in returns repacked and sent the remainder back all as advised. No reply for 2 weeks. not even an acknowledgement, contacted customer service who did respond fast and told me the package arrived a week ago (wouldve been handy to know). Told refund issued in 2-5 working days.... 8 days later. Nothing Emailed again, prompt response and 1 item refunded that day (Still 4 remaining) Another 10 days passes and no word no refund Emailed again and was told I only returned 1 item! Sent my order reciept and 2 hours later finally told it was an error and they did infact have my 4 other items too. Luckily that full refund appeared in the following day but absolutely astounded at the lack of organisation and wont be buying from this company again. Shame as the two Items I kept are great quality.

I recently ordered some fabulous boots in the sale which I had a problem with so emailed Customer Services. Within 10 minutes I had received a reply and a resolution which was above and beyond what I expected. It's great to know that such service still exists and I will certainly hope to shop with Collectif London again in the future. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
