Electronic Express Tracking Order Status

Arrived fast, great price, shipped well. 1st time customer.

Usually lasts about a year or more before I have to buy a new one; however, the cost of this item is low & I don't mind replacing this reliable item.

The refrigerator was delivered as scheduled and is working fine. The price from Electronic Express was 1/2 the price of the exact same unit except with Ikea's name on the product and substantially less than the Midea from either Costco or Amazon. The delivery service drops the unit at your door fully crated and wrapped which is a big inconvenience if you have some physical limitations or leave in an apartment building. The delivers did unpack the unit and roll it into my apartment for an additional $50 charge. Lastly, the serial number is on the back of the machine, which nobody advises you about and you don't find out until you try to register it for the warranty at which time it is loaded and in its niche spot and very difficult to move out.

Order was easy to do at their website, when i had some problems with ordering i contacted their customer support, i had quick response and on point with all their answers. I ordered what i wanted and when i had question regarding delivery, as expected they were on point again and prompt!
