Estee Lauder Tracking Order Status

Exquisita las cremas, también compré oferta Cyber, no creo que sea culpa de la tienda hacer pedidos a última hora; debo decir que son pequeñitos los envases, pero las cremas son muy agradables, se nota una mejora en la piel, un aroma maravilloso, debería haber alguna con efecto botox, más económica. Bueno ahora tengo muchas cremas, la intense resset es espectacular, altiro mejora la apariencia del contorno de los ojos, los estoy disfrutando al máximo mis cremas y mis regalos que llegaron, son exquisitas!!!

This is one of my favourite cosmetic's brand ever. Never had a problems before but, it was a bit frustrating with my recent order, as I had to contact customer service few times in order my problem to be resoled. I spent quite long time to contact different departments and wait to resolve the issue, and finally I have my order in full.

Not sure if I will order. Especially after reading the reviews here. They sent me a promotional code WKND21 by mail for the first order, a 10% discount. but the code is invalid when you enter it. Further, I wanted to receive a free serum for the order of the same product for the promotion, but they write here that they may not put a gift for the promotion at all. And I also have a birthday in May, I was offered a gift. But you can only enter one discount code! Accordingly, my free serum simply does not get to me! That is, although I have a birthday and the company seems to be showing loyalty, but at the same time, my rights are absolutely the same as those who do not have a birthday! My birthday does not give any advantage. You either participate in the action, or simply receive three miniatures "as a gift". Very generous company!

they have always had good products. The item was cheaper on Amazon, but I read that shoplifting gangs resell on Amazon, especially for cosmetics. I did not want to be part of that. So I ordered off the E L website. After the item had shipped already, PayPal notified me that E L increased the charge by about two dollars. Not a big deal, but they should not do that. Charging more w/o permission when it is too late to cancel is not OK, even for sales tax, and even for such a small amount. After this, I will buy the cheapest E L product available, wherever it is sold. Because Amazon never does that.

I have used Estée Lauder anti-wrinkle creams and serums for a good few years now! I’m approaching 40 now and I still get asked for ID! The serums and creams are divine! They make your skin feel so much more plumped and nourished! I’ve even brought two of their face washes to compliment the products I already use! I am literally obsessed with Estée Lauder! I have problem skin, acne prone but very dry! Estée Lauder were the only products that seemed to help/agree with my skin! I’ve tried Elemis, amongst others! But nothing compares to Estée Lauder! Even the packaging is aesthetically pleasing! I have them all out on my nightstand on show! They look expensive and feel expensive on your skin! You only need the slightest bit of product too which makes it cost effective! I once needed to ask a question so went on Estée Lauder’s online web chat! The lady helping was polite very courteous and very efficient! I also have branched out into using their make up now! The double wear foundation is the best foundation I’ve ever used! It stays in place all day and doesn’t leave me a greasy mess or stick to dry skin patches! The concealers are great full coverage! The gold mascara is extreme! Very vivid black too! Easy to remove and doesn’t break off your lashes!

UPDATE: Estee Lauder has resolved this to my satisfaction. It's too bad that the original customer service rep wasn't able or willing to help me. Before placing an online order for foundation, I called Estee Lauder and spoke with a customer care rep to find out what foundation color will match my original Estee Lauder foundation color that I have purchased for years, since they made some changes to the color names. The rep provided the new color name of my foundation and told me that it is a match to my original color. I was also told that they accept returns at any time, and the return policy that I viewed on their website supported this info. I went ahead and purchased two bottles of that foundation color. I received my order and did not open one of the bottles until several months later, since I assumed that it was the right color, per the customer care rep. And because I knew there was no time limit for returns, I did not hurry to open a bottle to check the color upon receipt. However, when I finally opened one of the bottles of foundation, I compared the color to my original bottle, and the colors were totally different. The color does not look good on me. I only opened one bottle out of the two. Since I needed to return these two bottles, I called Estee Lauder and spoke with a rep who told me that he cannot do a return of the foundation, because he said I only had one year to return these items prior to the updated return policy on 11/22/2022. I read the rep the return policy on my receipt (see below) as well as the policy on the website (see below), but he still said that he cannot do a return. I cannot find any info on the Estee Lauder website which states that orders placed prior to 11/22/22 can only be returned if they were placed within one year of that updated policy date. RETURN POLICY THAT IS PRINTED ON MY RECEIPT: “ONLINE GUARANTEE. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Estee Lauder Online purchase, simply return the unused portion for a full refund. If you prefer, you may exchange* your purchase for other Estee Lauder products.” RETURN POLICY THAT IS CURRENTLY POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE ON MARCH 27, 2022: "Estee Lauder Online Return Policy. Return policy information for orders placed prior to 11/22/22 below: Your satisfaction is important! If you are not happy with a product, we offer free returns on eligible items. Only products purchased at EsteeLauder.com may be returned. Estee Lauder: I am requesting that you please honor your return policy that you had at the time of my purchases (no time limit). I would not be in this predicament if your customer care rep did not give me the wrong foundation color name. At the time that I received that order, I was not considering a return, since I was confident that I had ordered the correct color. I did not realize that the foundation color was incorrect until after I opened a bottle months later. Thank you.

I ordered $255.49 of products on 3/18/23. I received my order on 3/22/23 but no feee gifts. When I order foundation for under $100.00 I always get a bag of goodies.

I love Esteé Lauder & their products I love the diamond line. I’ve been a customer since my young twenties & convinced my mom to switch over from Lancôme which I believe they really suck, I told her quit using that crap it doesn’t work. We’ve been using Estée Lauder for quite some time but I noticed something that caught my eye immediately that really hit a nerve with me that I became aggravated, disappointed.. “Estée Lauder, do you really think people are that stupid or mentally re re That the first thing we don’t see or lack there of I should say, is the lack of quantity in the product?” You think people are stupid & can’t clearly see a “big jar” with a tiny littler jar with only a dollop of product inside the original jar? I understand it’s a marketing tactic to make it seem like the customer’s getting more, but In reality they’re/we’re paying for a baby dollop. You pick up that real heavy diamond lined jar, it’s heavy, sure, but inside of it, is a sad pathetic little piece of plastic surrounded by layers & layers of a “thick, heavy glass jar” to make it Seem like YOU are getting ALL that product inside that heavy glass jar, but all you’re really getting is a tiny spoonful.. When I saw that it really pissed me off because don’t think for a second your customers can’t see right through that charade. Sell it honorably & maybe you’ll start doing better because I can only imagine how pissed off people are when they buy it, see it, & then realize the truth I bet they like your product, but I bet when it’s gone there’s ppl NOT buying them like they use too. You have a wonderful product you don’t need to be doing that “Estée Lauder” you don’t need to ripp off ppl & actually think that they don’t notice, they do, we do. It’s irritating & SAD & pathetic it just makes a person think what else are they cutting corners on… I’d advise to rethink packaging maybe a little illusion is okay but come on your advertising like 5x more product than is received in actuality.. & for you to think that it’s NOT noticeable, dumbfounds me! Change that fake advertising crap immediately at once!

Wow! Poor customer service is not the case for everyone. I really appreciate the service I have gotten. This is my third order, ordered Cologne for my husband to. The order was absolutely correct, delivery was very prompt, in fact I was surprised in some of the orders just how fast they came. A little confusing for me with the free gifts and loyality requirements but I am not real savy on the computer. They offered me these items but I needed to look closer It has been 18 years since I used these products and now that I have found them again I am so excited to try again. So glad after years of hunting I found the White Linen again. Thanks Estee Launder!
