Fossil Tracking Order Status

Ich wollte heute das Armband meiner Fossiluhr bei Christ in Dortmund reklamieren.Die Schlaufen hatten sich nach 5 monaten quasi zerbröselt.Meiner Meinung nach ein Materialfehler und billigstest Material.Aber laut Aussage von Christ gibt Fossil keine Gewähr oder Garantie auf ihre Lederprodukte.Ein Tip von Christ,neues Armband kaufen, kostet mal eben 64 Euro und nach 5 monaten das selbe nochmal.Uhr wurde nach Fossil geschickt bin aufs Ergebnis gespannt.

I thought that Fossil is a pretty-reputable brand. Their local stores in my country has been really fancy and their price range is not on the low point as well. Their prices are somehow on the higher-end scale. Not a luxury brand but still a good premium brand I guess. Thus, when they launched their limited edition Harry Potter watches last year, I really wanted to get myself a piece. Unfortunately, I couldn't get myself one last year as they immediately got sold out from the stores that carried them. With this, I tried purchasing from their website instead, and tried this year. They don't ship directly to the Philippines so I used a freight forwarder service to my order shipped to PH. My order went thru and my credit card got charged unfortunately, the order declined. It took me a few days before my actual purchase amount got refunded. This is contrary to their statement in their FAQ/website, from the actual cart / order page, and the chat responses I received - that they only put a "hold" on my card and it's not an actual charge. Well, my bank confirmed that they did an actual charge. So I waited a few days before they even declined it on their end, and got my credit card refunded. Again far from what they stated and committed. It took me several tries as well before they even gave me an actual reason why my orders are getting declined - it is because my card is not issued in the US and they only accept US-issued credit cards. And finally, led me to an FAQ page where they had this stated. So it wasn't just about shipment not being available in PH and they only ship in the US ... they only accept US-issued credit cards. And because I wanted the limited edition watch, I tried having my friend who has a US bank account and card to purchase for me. Guess what? That also got declined. His bank got refunded after several days contrary to how fast they stated in in their FAQs as well. And the fact that they still charged his card regardless of the order not pushing thru, regardless of them saying it's just a hold, he got charged and refunded after several days. I would say purchasing from their website is such a hassle. It's a hit or miss if your order would push thru and if credit cards will even work. Also, it's not thru that if your order didn't push thru, they will not charge your card. They actually do. And it's yet another hassle to follow-up and wait until they decline the charge on their end. I tried one last time coz I really wanted the watch. This time, I used a purchasing service. And this time, it worked. I was so excited to finally get the Limited Edition Harry Potter Watch! Shipment was fast. The excitement I had when I got it finally is bliss! However, after wearing it for a week, I'd say the quality is not overall good. For a $500 worth of watch, I expected a bit more. It was rather disappointing. First, given that it's an automatic watch without batteries, it relies on the energy it takes upon wearing it. Fossil team said it takes 1-3 days for it to run after being worn regularly. Mine doesn't. It stops after not wearing it for like 8-hrs only (like during my sleep time). So I always had to adjust and wind it up again. Even if I wear it like 24-hrs already while sleeping for several days, the moment I put it out and sleep and wake it, it has stopped again. Second, the date field is always advanced then. Regardless of me adjusting it at 12mn to the actual date - say for example March 12 at 12am, I'd put it at 12. Come 12 noon, it will adjust to 13. I'll bring it back to 12 by then. Then come 12 midnight of March 13, it doesn't adjust to 13, it stays at 12. So I turn it again manually to 13. Come 12 noon, it will adjust to 14. And so I have to turn it back to 13 again. Come March 14 12 midnight, again it doesn't adjust. If I adjust it to 14 this time, come 12 noon again, it will adjust to 15 instead. It's always advanced by 12-hrs then. And while it is automatic, and I've adjusted to the correct date by 12 midnight, it always auto-adjusts by 12 noon my time. I could never get the date right. I contacted Fossil already about this and they said someone from their Repair team would reach out to me. It's been more than 5 days now and nobody reached out to me. I will keep contacting them. So far, not so satisfactory experience to me.

Kann diese ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Habe 2x einen Rucksack bei Fossil bestellt. Den ersten habe ich leider wegen eines Flecks zurückschicken müssen. Den 2 wollte ich dann doch nicht behalten. Die Retoure ging komplikationslos und nach 2 Tagen war mein Geld wieder auf dem Konto.

I was extremely concerned to read the reviews, unfortunately, after I had ordered, and I was worried about delivery for a Birthday. However I need not have worried. My emails were answered almost immediately, with information and a follow up. My item arrived today and is perfect.

I purchased three Fossil satchels. My first order (1 Rachel and 1 Sydney satchel), I got an email confirming my order and the tracking number. Every time I checked the tracking, it kept saying waiting to be picked up by courier. After almost 3 weeks, It still showed waiting, so I called Fossil and they apologized and will send it right away. The agent provided me a discount code which I appreciated (but later realized it didn’t even work) I finally received my items and decided I wanted another one. So I purchased the red Sydney satchel and even though the fake discount code didn’t work, I bought it anyways because it was on sale. This time, my purchase came within a week, however when I opened it, it was clearly a return. There was no tag but a cut up plastic part of the tag in the purse, no tissue wrapping, the purse was unzipped and I found a torn piece of paper with hand written numbers on it. It was shocking that a company like Fossil would lack such professionalism and send a customer a purse that they just threw into a box in that state. You would think that at least they would have gone over the product and put it in the box in a way that was respectful. I kept the purse because i knew it was real leather and I didn’t want to hassle with the return, also they are sold out of it. But now, I think my black one I purchased prior that was shipped in tissue and with tags, is not real leather. The red one, you can smell the leather and it’s softer, the black no smell and more constricted. I will not buy from Fossil again.
