GameStop Tracking Order Status

I got my game in today bought it new and it came used with fingerprints all over it. I called the corporate GameStop and they would not give me the price of the game used as it came. They said go to the store for a refund or ship it back. I’m not happy with this outcome all they had to do was just make it right and pay me the difference shady shady place

I know my last experience from shopping on GameStop is late but I'mma still give my review. I have purchased from GameStop a couple times, I have bought retro games for me to play & collect. They have always came to me in great condition till this day they still work minus one that was scratched up & I always got my refund when I took into the store. The last item I bought from GameStop was a demon slayer game I bought for my mom for her birthday. I got it used, it came to me brand new & in it's original box that was completely new too. I have never gotten an issue from them, they never took a long time to ship my games & I always got what I ordered. I don't purchase plushies or any other toys or clothing from there. I usually get them when I go inside the store but I have never gotten an issue from their customer service & shipping my games. I don't shop there all the time, I rarely buy from there but from my experiences they have been good to me.

Poor customer service. First email was quickly responded to, then follow-ups went unanswered. Multiple phone calls requesting replacement for item lost in shipping. Finally a refund, but now the item is no longer on sale.

Gamestop Bray, so helpful (girl) in shop, got information about nintendo i needed and when i called back was a great help, very polite and helpful
