Gigaclear Tracking Order Status

The gigaclear service has been good for the initial 18 months. At renewal time the proposed new price was excessive. Following a call to Gigaclear, Mia was able to offer a better product at a lower price than the proposed increase. I'm happy to stay with Gigaclear on this basis.

Renewed today after 18 months of excellent service from Gigaclear. Only one brief outage in all that time, quickly rectified with great comms from support team. We have had consistently high speeds throughout and therefore renewed with pleasure. WELL DONE Gigaclear.

It was renewal time, at the end of my initial contract at a reduced rate. The rate (for 200 mbs) was to go from 17.00 to 47.00 I initially was going to end my contract and walk away. With the help of Mia who was super-professional and polite, we discussed some options and compromises which were good for both parties. I'm happy with both the customer service, and the product.

Phone call today to update our service. Helpful chap at the end of the phone. Did point out that this follow up call came from an email from Gigaclear late May, which I replied to positively and then I had to follow up (as I had not communication back from Gigaclear). I suggested even a confirmation email stating you HAD my response would have been useful. Hope all resolved now and look forward to having the enhanced new service.

I have always found Customer Service to be overly helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The website is constantly updated with known issues or outages and whilst sometimes frustrating, saves me calling anyone to find out what's going on. So far so good and 6mths in.
