HomeDepot Tracking Order Status

My son bought fence material at the Keller, TX store #6548 but when we went to get the rental truck it wasn't working. When a store employee heard what had happened, she went around the store looking for an employee with a truck. She found someone, the HR (?) who was willing to take our lumber to our home. She said the employees at this location tried to make sure every customer had a great experience and came back. Both employees' names were written down on the receipt but it was lost. I will not go to any other Home Depot, in fact no other hardware and lumber store, now and highly recommend this store. For new Texans, it was a great welcome.

I ordered two plants... disappointed ... first of all plants were not secure in box..soil around plant came out into the box.... plants are very small... won't be doing business with them again!!!!

Recently, I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. I was so happy, however, when the items were delivered, the associates turned on the washer and it worked find. When I turned on the dryer, it did't work. They came back a week later and made the decision that my power box had problems. I called the house builder and they sent an electrician that determined Home Depot had connected the wires that were touching each other and could have caused problems. I spoke with the manager of the store in south Augusta, Ga., however, I don't believe it made any difference. He didn't seem too interested. Unless something happens it does not matter to businesses. Thank you.

They have someone who surveys you in the store for a chance to win a gift card. Nothing is said about you have to let someone come to your home and test your water; otherwise you don't get the gift card. Shame on Home Depot.
